Movement: Enemy unit in slot 4 begins taking actions from Turn 2 onwards. Enemy unit in slot 2 begins taking actions from Turn 3 onwards. Enemy units in slots 1, 3, and 5 will not move until they attacked or if a player unit is left in their danger zone at the start of enemy phase.
