In the recently released intro video for New Heroes: Harmony amid Chaos, the description for Bernadetta: Eternal Loner‘s skill “Persecution Bow” is displayed as follows:
“Effective against flying foes. Grants Atk+3.At start of combat, if 【Penalty】is active on unit or if unit's HP < 100%, grants Atk/Spd+5 during combat. If unit initiates combat, unit can make a follow-up attack before foe can counterattack.”
To clarify, the effect “unit can make a follow-up attack before foe can counterattack” also requires that “【Penalty】is active on unit or unit's HP < 100%”.
The correct description will be shown in-game.
