Celica received another variant, once again wielding a sword, and with a bunch of new tools at her disposal. This set is meant for players who wish to use Celica right out of the gate.

Weapon: '"`UNIQ--item-412--QINU`"' is Celica's weapon of choice. It grants her +3 Spd, and as long as she's near an ally, her attacks grant her an extra Special charge, allowing her to fire it off much sooner.

Assist: '"`UNIQ--item-415--QINU`"' is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger.

Special: '"`UNIQ--item-418--QINU`"' is an option for Celica's Special. She can potentially activate this really quickly thanks to her weapon and B skill, giving her an extra turn, which she can then use to either retreat or slay another foe. As for other options, fast charging Specials like '"`UNIQ--item-421--QINU`"' or '"`UNIQ--item-424--QINU`"' work just as well, with the former helping her do more damage and the latter helping her break through tougher foes.

A Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-427--QINU`"' is Celica's A skill. It grants her an impressive +8 Atk when initiating combat, which is perfect, as she'll only want to initiate combat most of the time anyway.

B Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-430--QINU`"' is Celica's B skill. When she's at full health, she will strike twice consecutively, just as if she was wielding a Brave Sword+. After combat, she'll suffer 1 HP of damage, knocking her out of this effect. If Celica wants to use Double Lion throughout the map, she needs some form of healing, either through her Special or through the support of an ally. This effect is incredibly powerful, as Celica also has very good Spd, allowing her to potentially perform quadruple strikes against her opponents if they are slow enough.

C Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-433--QINU`"' is an option for Celica's C skill. It grants +6 Atk to all nearby allies as long as the team composition requirements are met, namely that there cannot be more than two of a movement type on the team. However, this skill slot is flexible, depending on player preference.

Sacred Seal: '"`UNIQ--item-436--QINU`"' is an option for Celica's Seal if she's using Galeforce as her Special, as this all but guarantees that she activates it in the first round of combat. However, this skill slot is pretty flexible, open to be any other Seal that the player needs.

With Celica's high Spd, she can utilize a Firesweep Sword+ pretty well, which also pairs perfectly with her Double Lion skill.

Weapon: '"`UNIQ--item-363--QINU`"' is Celica's weapon of choice. It denies the opponent and the user from counterattacking, making it a purely player phase weapon. While this means Celica has no enemy phase presence at all, it makes her player phase presence much more formidable.

Assist: '"`UNIQ--item-366--QINU`"' is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger.

Special: '"`UNIQ--item-369--QINU`"' is Celica's Special. It pierces through her foe's Def, helping her break through sturdier opponents. With her B skill, Seal, and enough Spd, she can potentially activate this twice in her first round of combat, which is all but certain to destroy her foe.

A Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-372--QINU`"' is Celica's A skill. It grants her an impressive +8 Atk when initiating combat, which is perfect, as she'll only want to initiate combat most of the time anyway.

B Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-375--QINU`"' is Celica's B skill.

C Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-378--QINU`"' is an option for Celica's C skill. It grants +6 Atk to all nearby allies as long as the team composition requirements are met, namely that there cannot be more than two of a movement type on the team. However, this skill slot is flexible, depending on player preference.

Sacred Seal: '"`UNIQ--item-381--QINU`"' is Celica's Seal. If she outspeeds her foe, she can get an extra Special charge with her attacks. This means that Celica should be able to strike once and charge her Special immediately, activating it on the second strike. With Double Lion, she can potentially perform a quadruple strike, and the process repeats: she'll strike again, and then her final strike will have Moonbow charged.

The goal of this set is to maximize the damage she inflicts on initiation at full health. Celica may end up at really low (or zero) HP after attacking a sturdy blue tank, but that tank will also likely be dented or even obliterated in the process if she has some attack buffs and lands all four possible hits.

Weapon: The power of Celica's special skills can be increased without raising special cooldown through the damage bonus of '"`UNIQ--item-542--QINU`"' or cooldown reduction of '"`UNIQ--item-545--QINU`"'. That both options are refinable allows Celica to use a speed refine to match the speed boost of '"`UNIQ--item-548--QINU`"' while also gaining a useful HP boost that can help her take some strong blue hits and still survive to complete her nuking role. There is a slight drop in attack in either option, but the potential special damage boosts more than offset this.

Assist: '"`UNIQ--item-551--QINU`"' is the preferred movement assist for many infantry units, and Celica is no exception. That being said, a mixed Rally skill could synergize with certain Tactic passives, and other assists may be chosen to suit team needs; thus, the choice of assist is flexible.

Special: '"`UNIQ--item-554--QINU`"' is paired with '"`UNIQ--item-557--QINU`"' to really add to the punch of firing off two quick specials in a single initiation under the effects of '"`UNIQ--item-560--QINU`"'. Similarily, '"`UNIQ--item-563--QINU`"' can be paired with '"`UNIQ--item-566--QINU`"' to achieve comparable amounts of additional damage thanks to Celica's high attack stat when initiating combat. Either way, the extra power granted by either skill pair helps Celica slice her way past bulky blues a bit more easily.

A Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-569--QINU`"' yields maximal damage in the case that that Celica is already fast enough to quad her foe under '"`UNIQ--item-572--QINU`"', while '"`UNIQ--item-575--QINU`"' allows her to quad some faster units without cutting into her ability to tank an enemy hit and complete her quadruple strike.

B Passive: The signature '"`UNIQ--item-578--QINU`"' skill gives Celica a distinct niche among other fast swordsfolk by allowing her to situationally attack twice in combat without any stat penalty and with any choice of weapon. As such, this skill is the go-to B passive for this set.

C Passive: Celica's default '"`UNIQ--item-581--QINU`"' is a great supportive skill for mixed emblem teams, but other C passives can also be used flexibly depending on the needs of the rest of the team. '"`UNIQ--item-584--QINU`"' and '"`UNIQ--item-587--QINU`"' are notably self-buffing skills that can be utilized strategically to make her even more effective at a nuking role.

Sacred Seal: '"`UNIQ--item-590--QINU`"' and '"`UNIQ--item-593--QINU`"' are well suited for this special-reliant set, as Celica can activate two strong special skills in a single round of combat via '"`UNIQ--item-596--QINU`"' more consistently whenever she is able to attain a higher attack or speed stat than those of her foe, respectively. Arguably, '"`UNIQ--item-599--QINU`"' may be slightly more useful to this set since it is reliant on making quad initiations very destructive.

Weapon: Because '"`UNIQ--item-467--QINU`"' occupies her B skill slot, Celica can't default to running '"`UNIQ--item-470--QINU`"' to circumvent powerful counterattacks (as most player phase units do)---meaning '"`UNIQ--item-473--QINU`"' is the perfect choice of sword. With it, her player phase potential is absurd, allowing her to delete a staggering percentage of the roster unhindered.

Assist: '"`UNIQ--item-476--QINU`"' is the go-to assist for most infantry and is likely Brave Celica's best option.

Special: With either blade seal in effect, '"`UNIQ--item-479--QINU`"', as a two charge special, will proc with or without '"`UNIQ--item-482--QINU`"' in effect. With '"`UNIQ--item-485--QINU`"''s effect, she can proc her special twice if her target survives three hits, increasing the odds of her being able to take out bulky blue units in one round.

A Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-488--QINU`"' is the most uncreative bit of powercreep ever and also a fantastic A skill to have in any player phase unit's base kit!

B Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-491--QINU`"' is what makes Celica a good unit, allowing her to quad without jumping through the hoops of running a brave weapon and compensating for their innate speed penalty.

C Passive: C slots will almost always be flexible. However, '"`UNIQ--item-494--QINU`"' is a fantastic C skill to have in one's base kit, so if Celica is being used in a team with varying movement types, it will likely be worth keeping.

Sacred Seal: '"`UNIQ--item-497--QINU`"' or '"`UNIQ--item-500--QINU`"' are the ideal seal choices to augment her damage potential, increasing the rate at which she lowers her special's cooldown if her attack or speed are higher than her target's.

Niche: This Chrom is for my Robin: Fell Incarnation who is -Atk, so that's why he has Atk Tactic 3 - to boost Robin's Atk and to give my healer a little extra muscle..

Special: I'm thinking of giving Chrom Galeforce, but I will try that later.

Seal: Chrom has a 60 Atk right now, and a 23 Res. I wanted to make sure that he would withstand some Mages, so I gave him Fortress Res 1, which I will improve once I have the resources.

I use him on a mixed team of L!Hector, Def Tactic 3 Ike, and Res Tactic 3 S!Tana. Each feed Tactics to the other allies who need it more (Ike has plenty of Def, Tana has plenty of Res, Ephraim has way more than plenty of Atk). DC grants +4 Cooldown (thanks to guaranteed follow up and heavy blade... Since I doubt he'll fight anyone with more than 58 atk) so a single attack from an enemy sets up Aether. Solar brace in combo with that heals %80 of damage done, and that damage is ignoring 50% of the enemy's defense. Considering Ephraim has plenty of HP, it's unlikely he'll lose to a ORKO, and will heal himself fully (or almost) on the retaliation Aether.

This Ike is meant to survive in a way that may be considered unorthodox because this Ike survives by taking damage. I'm not talking about just taking hits (like most breath-based builds do), I'm talking about actual damage, but not to the point of dying. Ike already can survive physical damage with his naturally high DEF, but his RES stat is low, which is why I found Warding Breath appealing. With Warding Breath, his DEF and RES stats become closer together. He'll be able to survive green mages, green dragons, and physical attackers (eg. bows, swords, lances) which should be enough.

Once he takes a hit from anyone, he'll take a decent amount of damage, and then retaliate with Quick Riposte and ALWAYS activate his special, Radiant Aether. Because Radiant Aether's charge is even, Ike's breath skill uses it efficiently (if it was odd, he'd only gain 1 charge from some attacks). Because he'll have taken a decent amount of damage, his Wrath skill should be viable. Upon activation of Radiant Aether, his Wrath skill will activate and increase damage, which will, at the same time, increase health recovered. This is why I have named this build "Radiant Aether Bot;" it is primarily focused on the cycle of 1. surviving a blow, 2. retaliating and recovering at the same time through Radiant Aether and its supporting skills.

FYI: The C skill is really just flexible, but I have included Atk Tactic 3 as the skill because I generally pair up Ike with a glass range unit.

Before I proceed with explaining this build, I must make known that this is based off Vanguard Glimmer (kudos to whoever came up with that amazing idea). However, instead of Ike only instakilling mages, this build goes one step further to allow Ike to instakill ANY non-blue unit (except Arden) on defense phase, provided the following conditions are met: Ike has this build, Ike has ally (or allies) with Atk-boosting skill and/or rally, Enemy has no Def buffs and no Pavise special.

To prove this, I have done the calculations myself with Ike put against the red unit (since green won't stand a chance) with the second highest Def, Draug.

Ike, with maximum Atk, has 39 Atk. With Ragnell (+16), Fierce Stance 3 (+6), and two ally Atk buffs (one field and the other combat, for +8 total), Ike has a whopping Atk stat of 69.

Draug, with maximum Def and normal HP, has 42 Def and 50 HP.

To instakill Draug, Ike's final damage must meet or exceed 50. Let the calculations begin: 69 Atk - 42 Def = 27 Dmg; 27 Dmg * 1.5 Glimmer = 40.5 Dmg; 40.5 Dmg + 10 Wrath = 50.5 Dmg

Boom.

But, wait, what if you cannot fulfil all the conditions (aside from having this build) to achieve this awesomeness? Well, then you can still safely say that you can instakill nearly every non-blue unit while on Def phase.

So, why choose this build? Well, other Ike builds generally allow for increased survivability and a guaranteed kill of any non-blue unit...after two hits. This build approaches survivability in another way: instakill. If your opponent can only get one hit in (provided he/she isn't using a brave weapon), Ike takes minimal damage; on top of that, your opponent dies. This build is very expensive, but is worthwhile if used properly.

Weapon: '"`UNIQ--item-193--QINU`"' is Legault's default weapon. It inflicts a total of -7 to the defense and resistance stats on the enemy team after combat, levelling the playing field and leaving the enemy team wide open to future attacks.

Assist: '"`UNIQ--item-196--QINU`"' is recommended for this build, as Legault, with his low defense and resistance, is extremely vulnerable to enemy attacks. Draw Back has the potential to get him out of enemy range, as well as his allies.

Special: '"`UNIQ--item-199--QINU`"' is the Special that Legault comes with by default: with his high base attack, he is able to easily rip through his enemies once it triggers. His high base speed allows him to double a majority of enemies as well, making Glimmer an excellent Special to have with its fast charge.

A Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-202--QINU`"' is Legault's A skill. Attacking upon initiation all but cements doubles for him, making it an excellent budget skill to have. Another budget option is '"`UNIQ--item-205--QINU`"', as it increases Legault's lethality and ability to double.

B Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-208--QINU`"' is an option for Legault's B skill. His low defense and resistance means he will inevitably take extreme damage from enemies, further exemplified if his A skill is replaced with Life and Death. Once his HP is low enough, however, Desperation triggers, changing the attack order and allowing Legault to safely attack without fear of retaliation. Ultimately, this skill slot is flexible and can be replaced with whatever that the player needs.

C Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-211--QINU`"' is Legault's C skill. It provides an astounding +6 to surrounding allies' attack stat and, combined with his weapon, can quickly turn the tide of the battle, making him an excellent debuffer and support unit.

Sacred Seal: '"`UNIQ--item-214--QINU`"' is an option for Legault's Seal, as it adds to his high base attack, increasing his lethality. Ultimately, this skill slot is flexible and can be replaced with whatever that the player needs.

The main point of this build is that you don't have to choose between using Ninian to attack or dance during player phase, since it is entirely oriented towards enemy phase combat. She can be an excellent magic tank in enemy phase and provide team support via dancing during player phase. This can be worked to support a mixed-movement team (hence attack tactic and guidance), but she becomes even stronger with flier buff support.
