Notes[edit | edit source]

Main article: Skill interaction
  • User must be initiating the combat to trigger Brash Assault.
  • Effects that prevent the foe's counter-attack, such as Icon Class Blue Lance.png Firesweep Lance or Windsweep 3.png Windsweep 3, will also prevent Brash Assault from triggering.

As a general rule, if a unit is both prevented from making, and automatically makes, a follow-up attack, the effects cancel out, and the standard speed check decides instead.

Attacker skill Defender skill Effects
Brash Assault Wary Fighter 3.png Wary Fighter 3 The unit with Wary Fighter will be unable to double the other unit. Wary Fighter negates Brash Assault, but if the unit with Brash Assault is capable of doubling the attacker (≥5 Spd), that unit will do so.
Brash Assault Swordbreaker 3.png Swordbreaker 3 The unit with Breaker will double. Breaker negates Brash Assault, but if the attacker with Brash Assault naturally doubles the Breaker (≥5 Spd), the Brash Assault unit will do so.
