Abel's stat spread makes him flexible as either an offensive or defensive option on a Horse team. This build aims to maximize his outgoing damage with his default weapon '"`UNIQ--item-58--QINU`"' and '"`UNIQ--item-61--QINU`"', while tanking his defense.

With another member of the team utilizing Hone Cavalry, Abel's offensive stats are pretty good. 50 atk (56x2 damage on the charge) 33 speed. Most anything fast enough to double you is squishy enough that you can assault them to kill them. Seeing as you're on a horse, that's actually pretty easily done. He might not win as many matchups outright as Reinhardt, but there's less being run in the Arena that's a straight-up Counter to him. Between the two, Abel is a more balanced companion to a Cecelia.

'"`UNIQ--item-64--QINU`"' allows Abel to retreat after he engages on an enemy. Although not as effective as fliers due to inability to move onto forest terrain, being able to attack and retreat to be Repositioned away more easily by allies is still a powerful option. '"`UNIQ--item-67--QINU`"' can also be used as it essentially has the same effect, just that Drag Back will pull back a surviving enemy whereas Hit and Run will not.

He doesn't have the the defensive stats to make use of Bonfire or Iceberg, so '"`UNIQ--item-70--QINU`"' gets you the most bang for your buck. '"`UNIQ--item-73--QINU`"' is fairly standard for a horse, especially one that is only going to see combat when he initiates it.

Seeing as he benefits a lot from Hone Cavalry, it makes him the go-to pony for '"`UNIQ--item-76--QINU`"' therefore. You can easily run double '"`UNIQ--item-79--QINU`"', however. It's up to you and how you structured your team.

+Atk IVs puts Cordelia up to 46 Atk, boosted to a massive 52 Atk when attacking, allowing her to ORKO an extremely large pool of units, including every red unit in the game, and most grays and blues. -Res is preferred over -HP as HP is a -4 stat drop compared to Res having a -3, and also improves Cordelia's survivability against red swords that she can draw aggro from in a pinch if needed. Keep in mind that while Cordelia has a color disadvantage against green units, she can still cleanly ORKO the less bulky ones, such as Julia, Nino, or Camilla (Spring Festival).

'"`UNIQ--item-341--QINU`"' is the primary focus of Cordelia's build, as it is what allows her to ORKO so many units while taking no damage in return.

While the support ability is generally up to personal preference, as a flier, Cordelia is one of the units that can make great use out of the handy '"`UNIQ--item-344--QINU`"' ability. She can fly over terrain that would otherwise impede or prevent movement, such as forests, mountains, water, or lava, and shift a unit over it to land on the other side, which can make a big difference on many maps.

'"`UNIQ--item-347--QINU`"' is a very strong skill for Brave weapon users. When focused on ORKOing enemies, Cordelia will generally have gained 2 ability charges after one battle, and the second battle will activate Luna on her second attack, greatly increasing the number of green units she is able to kill. Even with no other buffs, Cordelia is able to take out everyone in the game except for the bulkiest of greens. '"`UNIQ--item-350--QINU`"' is a very similar skill that has the same matchup spread, feel free to use either.

Since Cordelia is a Brave weapon user, she will be focused on attacking during the player phase, so '"`UNIQ--item-353--QINU`"' is far more encouraged over other boosting skills like Fury. '"`UNIQ--item-356--QINU`"' is another skill option, but provides little change in benefits and is much harder to access for Skill Inheritance. '"`UNIQ--item-359--QINU`"' can also be considered at the expense of Cordelia's defenses and a weaker enemy phase.

'"`UNIQ--item-362--QINU`"' is an excellent B skill for Cordelia, as it grants her the ability to retreat one space even if the enemy is alive, allowing for much greater leniency in positioning to avoid enemy attack range. When combined with an ally's Reposition skill, Hit and Run can help her become almost untouchable in getting out after assassinating her target. '"`UNIQ--item-365--QINU`"' provides similar benefits if Hit and Run is not available, but causes Cordelia to pull an enemy back with her if she does not finish off her target. '"`UNIQ--item-368--QINU`"' is another option for her B skill, as it allows her to bait in red units and kill them off, although keep in mind with her relatively lower defenses, it will likely only work once before her HP falls out of Quick Riposte's HP activation threshold.

Like most units, Cordelia's C skill is generally up to the needs of your team, but on a flier team, she can run '"`UNIQ--item-371--QINU`"' or '"`UNIQ--item-374--QINU`"' to provide buffs to her flier teammates.

Fire Boost 3 is a better Death Blow, as long as you can stay healthy and have a chunky base HP. What this Eliwood is designed to do is go solo, as all parts of his kit feed into each other: Fire Boost puts him to a whopping 52 Attack with Brave Lance equipped and no Hone, Goad or Drive skill boosts applying. This thus turns on Heavy Blade, making Aether effectively a 3-charge special (as Eliwood's hits count twice). Even though it won't proc in a single round of combat, this means that the first thing that attacks him on the enemy phase gets a Fire-Boosted Aether right in the face - which should buy back most of his lost HP in one fell swoop ready for the player phase, allowing him to keep sustaining and attacking without concern.

Quick Riposte is included for when he gets hit by multiple people at once; the first eats Aether which should put Eliwood back into QR range and Fire Boost range, so he Ripostes - and since he's likely to get doubled with his mediocre speed weighed down by Brave Lance+, he'll have Aether ready on the player phase! Vengeful Fighter doesn't stack with Heavy Blade and is seasonal-locked, but works as the Rolls-Royce expensive version. Vengeful Eliwood can go in a completely different direction, using Armored Boots seal to keep up with a mixed team and swapping Brave Lance+ out for Slaying Lance+ with a defense refinement to mitigate his losses, preserving the soloing style.

This build works best when Eliwood is extremely mobile, so either with Armour March or with a cavalry ally with Reposition to hurl him into the thick of things. At that point, all that's needed is for you to watch and wait as the Lord of Pherae demolishes entire squads by himself!

Est, similar to Cordelia and Hinoka, sports an Attack of 35. This is the highest Attack among fliers and the third highest among all Blue Lance users, only behind Effie and Charlotte (Bridal Blessings). Additionally, Est also has the third highest Resistance of all the fliers with 32. However, she gives up points in Speed for these two categories. As such, her best set is a Brave Lance+ one.

With the skills listed above she ORKO's every common Red and Blue unit with the exception of a buffed Effie. Most Green Tome users also get KO'd with the only exceptions being buffed Gronnblade+ Camilla (Spring Festival), Cecilia and Merric. With this build, however, she should stay away from most Green Axe units, as they usually sport decently high Defense. The only common Axe wielders she wins against in a one-on-one duel are less Def-bulky heroes such as Camilla, Titania and Anna.

'"`UNIQ--item-104--QINU`"' is by far the best Weapon for Est to wield, as it somewhat bypasses her middling Speed. It allows her high Attack to strike twice before the enemy can attack back and as such the rest of the build is tailored to optimize the damage output from Brave Lance+.

'"`UNIQ--item-107--QINU`"' and '"`UNIQ--item-110--QINU`"' are the preferred choice for Assist skills, as Est's flying mobility allows her to Reposition allies to safety easily. It is up to the player's preference for the choice between the two skills.

'"`UNIQ--item-113--QINU`"', '"`UNIQ--item-116--QINU`"' or '"`UNIQ--item-119--QINU`"' are all good options for the special. The three charge cooldown will mean that Est has her special ready after one intitation and allows Est to KO Green units she otherwise wouldn't be able to KO.

'"`UNIQ--item-122--QINU`"' is the obvious choice for an A Passive, effectively granting Est +12 Attack upon initiation thanks to Brave Lance+.

'"`UNIQ--item-125--QINU`"' allows Est to initiate in combat and then retreat a space backwards after combat. This allows her to be repositioned back more safely, or retreat over terrain infantry or cavalry units can't pass such as mountains or water. If Hit and Run is not available, '"`UNIQ--item-128--QINU`"' is a solid alternative but less reliable than Hit and Run due to it not being able to activate if the target cannot be dragged back into Est's position. Alternatively, Est can run '"`UNIQ--item-131--QINU`"' in conjunction with '"`UNIQ--item-134--QINU`"' to safely initiate on Axe units without getting retaliated on. While it won't KO any Axe units Est wouldn't KO without Windsweep, it allows Est to chip away at enemies whilst getting Reposition support from the team and weaken the enemy team to allow the rest of the team or herself to clean up.

'"`UNIQ--item-137--QINU`"' is ran on Est because her high Resistance allows her to proc its effect on a lot of common units. Additionally, the units that do have higher Resistance than Est usually have low Defense and will get ORKO'd regardless of Def Ploy. It also allows Est to secure KO's she otherwise wouldn't get, those being non-buffed Camilla and Minerva, as well as Ephraim, Sharena and non-buffed Effie. If Def Ploy 3 is not an option, a C Passive of choice can be put on her.

For players looking to use Hinoka right out of the gate, she comes with the Brave Lance+ by default. With her good Atk stat, she can put it to good use when given the right skills.

Weapon: Very high investment is Hinoka's weapon of choice. It lets her strike twice consecutively, so when given the right skills and buffs, those two strikes might just be all she needs to assail her foes.

Assist: Optimal is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger. Flier units can put it to great use thanks to their freedom of movement.

Special: Flying is chosen as Hinoka's Special due to the rhythm of her strikes. If she attacks and successfully defeats an opponent, then her Special charge will be at 1. Her next victim will take one hit, followed by another that's backed by Luna.

A Passive: Stats is Hinoka's A skill, and it's all she needs. Given that this is a player phase build, this helps give her a +6 Atk buff when initiating combat, which will help her destroy her opponents.

B Passive: Medium investment is a good choice for Hinoka's B skill, as it lets her retreat one space backwards after attacking. This will help her return to her allies more easily and safely. Optimal also works similarly, should Flying not be available.

C Passive: All-purpose is what Hinoka comes with naturally, and it can help her support an all flier team, although she would also greatly appreciate another teammate having Hone Fliers themselves. However, this skill slot is flexible, open to be whatever else the player needs, depending on their discretion and team composition.

Sacred Seal: '"`UNIQ--item-292--QINU`"' is Hinoka's Seal, chosen to help heighten her Atk stat even further, adding more damage to each of her strikes. This Seal slot is also flexible however, depending on whatever else the player needs. '"`UNIQ--item-295--QINU`"' could be a decent option if Hinoka is used on a regular team instead.
