I used to lead a fisherman's life, living off what I could catch...till one day I was boarded by pirates.
Thought I'd have to fight 'em, but they mistook me for one of their own, so I ended up joining the crew.
Mostly I worked below deck, doing odd jobs, but I feel guilty about those days all the same...
Anyhow, thanks to Prince Marth, I left the life of a sea dog behind, and now I'm back on an even keel.
This festival's more than enough pirating for me, hehe!
And if I run into any pirates who want out o' the plundering life, I'll be sure to help 'em change course!

おいらはもともと漁をして暮らしてたんだけどさ。ある日、船が海賊に襲われたんだ…
そのとき、訳もわからず戦ったら敵が仲間と勘違いして… おいらもそのまま海賊になっちまった。
海賊の頃は裏方で雑用なんかしてたけど…それでも人々を苦しめたことには変わりねぇ。
でも、マルス王子のおかげでおいらは海賊から足を洗ってまっとうな道に戻ることができたんだ。
海賊は祭りの中だけで十分だ。もし、おいらと同じような人間がいたら今度はおいらが助けてやるぜ！
