- When battling a Dragon unit or a unit with Loptous, Attack is multiplied by 1.5.
- Breath of Blight, Eerie Scripture, Snow's Grace, Sublime Surge, and the Neutralize Effective Against Dragons status effect will neutralize the attack increase against Dragon units and units with Loptous.
Upgrades[ | ]
Can be upgraded in the Weapon Refinery. For a list of other such weapons, see list of upgradable weapons.
Notes[ | ]
- Refined Falchion the same effect as Renewal 3.
- Falchion's extra attack is not a follow-up attack nor a change in attack priority.
- Effects such as Foe Cannot Follow-Up and Hardy Bearing 3 do not affect the extra attack.
- If Falchion's user can perform a standard follow-up attack, either by passing the Spd difference check or effects such as Guaranteed Follow-Ups or Quick Riposte 4, the user will be able to attack up to 4 times during combat.
- Falchion's extra attack does not affect the additional follow-up granted by 【Potent Follow X%】.
- A foe with effects such as Phys. Null Follow or Null Follow-Up will neutralize any effect on Falchion's user that guarantees follow-up attacks.
- The effect is triggered regardless if Falchion's user performs an attack during combat. If foe engages and user cannot counterattack, Falchion's effect will still trigger.
- Falchion's user needs to survive the combat for the effect to trigger.
- Falchion inflicts out of combat damage.
- Out of combat damage cannot reduce a unit's HP to 0.
- A foe equipped with Embla's Ward, Múspellflame, Niðavellir Axiom, or Gold Perfection will neutralize all sources of out of combat damage except Røkkr area-of-effect Specials.
- A foe equipped with Røkkr or a unit affected by En Garde will neutralize all sources of out of combat damage except area-of-effect Specials.
- Falchion stacks with out of combat healing from skills such as Mystic Boost 4 or Renewal 3.
- For example, if a unit has both Fury and Mystic Boost, Fury 2 + Mystic Boost 1 = -2 HP, Fury 3 + Mystic Boost 3 = 0 HP, and Fury 4 + Mystic Boost 4 = +2 HP.

Trivia[ | ]
- The first listed refined effect is a reference to a skill in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia known as "Double Lion", which allows the user to attack twice and is found on the Royal Sword, one of Alm's preferred weapons.
- However, later on Celica: Warrior Priestess received a more powerful version of this skill, named Double Lion.
- The skill ID for the refined effect listed first is
SID_連撃消耗
, which can be translated as Consecutive Attacks Exhaustion.
