When upgraded, the description of Silver Dagger+ becomes "After combat, if unit attacked, inflicts Def/Res-7 on target and foes within 2 spaces of target through their next actions.".
Felicia's Plate can be upgraded in the Weapon Refinery.
Felicia's Plate can be upgraded with the additional effect "If foe uses magic, grants Special cooldown charge +1 per attack. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack.)".
