|Lilina has an enormous Atk stat and a powerful tome that puts it to fantastic use. Her job will be to overwhelm and down opponents in a single strike, being mostly a player phase build.
Boon/Bane: Given Lilina's OHKO nature, +Atk is the easy boon of choice. Due to her extremely low physical bulk -Def impacts her the least, as also given her low speed and for the propensity of Quick Riposte 3, any counter attack from a physical source will likely kill her. -Spd is also a solid choice for bane, but it hurts her mage fighting potential, which she has at least decent bulk against.
Weapon: Forblaze is Lilina's weapon of choice. It has a Chill Res effect, meaning whoever has the highest Res on the enemy team will suffer a nasty -7 Res debuff. This either directly helps Lilina blaze through a tougher foe, or it can help another magically oriented ally of hers do even more damage. When given its special effect, it grants her +6 Atk when initiating combat. This takes her already high Atk to even greater heights, and increases the number of targets she'll be able to one shot.
Assist: Draw Back is a good Assist in general to use for ranged units. Its uses are more defensive, allowing the user and an ally to move back one space. Ranged units usually don't want to be in the line of fire too much, so Draw Back can help them retreat.
Special: Glimmer is Lilina's Special. She won't be activating it too much unless she has the Heavy Blade 3 Seal as well, but a fast charging Special like Glimmer will always do well. If it activates, it'll make her damage skyrocket even further, securing even more victories for her.
A Passive: Death Blow 3 is Lilina's A skill. It grants +6 Atk when initiating combat, which will also stack with her weapon's effect. A gigantic +12 Atk buff when initiating combat is nothing to scoff at, especially if the target was also hit by the Chill Res effect or some other debuff.
Death Blow 4 is another extremely strong option, being just a stronger version of Death Blow but at a much higher investment cost.
B Passive: Given the nature of this build, there's really no good B skill that she really needs to make this set work, so this slot is extremely flexible.
G Tomebreaker 3 could be used if Lilina needs to tank a hit from an enemy green mage in a pinch, though if she can strike first, she'll likely incinerate them.
Chill Spd 3 could help directly support her team, as she'd be able to debuff the enemy with the highest Res and the enemy with the highest Spd at the same time, both of which being troubling prospects for her opponent.
Wings of Mercy 3 could be an option to improve her mobility and help her get the jump on opponents. Any B skill will do fine, and is up to the player's discretion.
Special Spiral 3 is another option to improve Lilina's subsequent combats, allowing her to have Glimmer up
Spur Atk 3 is an option for Lilina's C skill to help augment the offense of her allies that comes for free, but ultimately this skill slot is flexible, open to be whatever else the player needs.
Res Ploy 3 is a noteworthy option just as another means to debuff an enemy's Res, this time affecting whoever's down her direct line of sight. Its debuff is less potent than Chill Res, but its activation can be more controlled by the player's movement.
She runs other ploys well as well.
Attack +3 is an option for Lilina's Seal. It's just a simple attack boost that'll help her hit even harder.
Alternatively, Heavy Blade 3 could be considered. With her huge Atk stat, she's basically guaranteed to activate its effect, letting her have Glimmer to nuke her next foe, though this shouldn't be run with Special Spiral 3
Given Lilina's decent res stat, she can also run things like Def Ploy 3 to good effect to support her team.
