|Spring Sharena is a great unit, toting great Speed and Resistance alongside respectable amounts of Attack, allowing her to take the role of an offensive debuffer quite well. While she faces competition from Lugh who features a slightly superior stat spread, she has the advantage of owning a legendary weapon: Muninn's Egg. With an effect similar to a Chill built upon it, Sharena can spread debuffs on the enemy team to soften them up, subsequently dealing them a devastating blow with her offenses or allowing her allied team to plow through. This is a set aiming to exploit Spring Sharena's role compression.
The choice of IVs is highly free, and it all depends whether you want her to be more offensive or more support: If the former case, she will do great with either a +Atk or +Spd asset; For a more supportive role, she will gladly receive a +Res asset to attain a great 33 raw Resistance, further bolstered to a solid 36 by virtue of her weapon. She will do incredibly well with Iceberg thanks to her great resistance stat, dealing a raw +18 damage to the target without accounting for bonuses. One can also consider Glacies for a stronger offensive option, but mind the one-turn higher cooldown: Sharena can fire Icebergs more consistently, able to launch them every second attack - assuming she doubles her opponents.
For her Assist skill, Draw Back is always great for an offensive unit like her to pull fellow offense out of trouble without endangering herself. Alternately, she can keep her native Rally Attack/Speed if the ally team does not have the chance to benefit from field buffs.
The choice of Chill Speed in her B slot ensures that she has much greater chances at doubling her opponents and ensuring more consistent Special activations. This ability to do so is further bolstered by Swift Sparrow 2 in her A slot, allowing her to patch her Attack and bolster her Speed on initiation. Alternately, for a more offensive Sharena and a cheaper alternative, Desperation 3 in her B slot also works just as nicely to allow her to double ranged physical units much more safely - assuming she drops under 75% HP, that is. Do note that she loses on general debuffing potential, however.
The choice of Ploy in her C slot is entirely free depending on team composition, but Speed Ploy 3 is displayed first to synergize with the rest of her own kit and further promote consistent special activations every second turn. It can also shield defensive teams from potential doubles, but as always, adjust the Ploy depending on the ally team and the type of utility you want Sharena to have: Speed Ploy is simply the most consistent and versatile option for Sharena to have, as she'll benefit from it regardless of team.
Sacred Seal adds another Ploy for another debuff on top of the debuff - though you can always patch an Attack +3 seal to reinforce her offensive role. Either or will bolster her offensive capability anyways.
If you are looking for a strictly offensive green mage and you do not particularly care about Spring Sharena, note that she is outclassed by Lewyn and Nino in that role, with both featuring a stronger offensive spread and legendary tomes which are fine-tuned towards said offensive role. However, if you are looking for a versatile green tome infantry who has a strong offensive support role on the battlefield, then Spring Sharena might just be the unit for you.
