Silvia, however weak her Atk stat is, is a very useful dancer. Much like every dancer, her BST is pretty sad, but she does come with a shockingly high Res and Hp. I chose to supplement them both. Safeguard+ grants her +7Def any time it's needed, and with the right refine she plays in the high 20's. Her base 30 Res is wonderful, as is her high Hp, which is why it's safe to let that become a bane. Her Atk needs a lot of help, so we use an Atk boon. Bracing Stance bolsters her defenses, and the combo Geyser and Blaze dances grant allies +4Atk/Def/Res. And with her availability at 4*, getting her merges is significantly easier than doing so with ANY other worthwhile dancer (besides OG Olivia).

An extremely stupid build that aims to use Silvia's unusually high HP in order to land multiple ploys and obtain bizarre role compression for someone of her caliber. As Legendary Weapons become increasingly common, HP values tend to droop down along. Silvia will subsequently be able to land multiple Ploys on anything that isn't an armor, and may even manage to break through some pesky armors on the way with an HP stat which can reach a whopping 52 with the initial recommendations, alongside a Res stat which isn't too shabby either, standing at 36 (or 34 if DC is run in A) with her refine.

While it's arguable that Ninian could land Panic Ploys better due to her higher HP base, she's infamously known for not being able to damage anything unless she's run as a dedicated Red counter; Silvia has a more workable offensive spread which allows her to deal actual damage if need be. Most notably, her blistering 36 Speed ensures she's not complete dead meat should she ever have to battle anything, and she might even double some units on top of that!

Wings of Mercy's there because it's more or less a staple on any dancer to help out weaker units in battle and give them the edge on decisive encounters. Sudden Panic is far rarer and more costly, but it could enable Silvia to spread Panic on far more units than anticipated. Dance is Dance. The choice between Moonbow or Iceberg is up to you, but Silvia's Atk stat is nothing to write home about, so she'll make good use of a Defense cut.

Given every single Ploy exists as a seal, feel free to put the ploys wherever, in C or in S, it doesn't really change anything. Distant Counter can be a funny option for her to counterattack magic users which may initiate on her, though the chance of them to kill her is low as she'll reach 41/43 Res with Barrier Blade on Enemy Phase, making it unlikely for her to die to magic unless a Special is ready. Do note, however, that she will instantly die the moment a physical unit looks even one second at her. This build is probably only truly recommended if you like Silvia, meme builds, or both - otherwise, you might find better utility in another dancer!
