Note: This is listed as 'High Investment' but all skills can be inherited from 4★ units.

A budget build meant to make Anna more viable in general use, especially if you need her as an Arena bonus unit. She has no IVs nor merges, so there's not much you can do to alter her stats; however, she will reach 46 Spd with LnD3 and a Spd refine on her weapon, which makes Flashing Blade relatively reliable and allows her to fire off her special more often -- this is necessary, as it's her main way of dealing significant damage. Slaying Axe+ with a Spd refine is the better choice of weapon due to its built-in reduced Special cooldown, but it's an expensive investment compared to her native Nóatún.

With Ayra's high Spd, she can take full advantage of a Firesweep Sword+ to assail her foes without fearing a counterattack. This build is for players who want a unit that can be troublesome to deal with on a defense team.

Weapon: Icon Class Red Sword.png Firesweep S+ is Ayra's weapon of choice. It denies the opponent from counterattacking, letting Ayra safely engage against any foe she likes without fear.

Assist: Icon Skill Assist.png Draw Back is an Assist that brings the user and an ally back one space. It can frustrate the opponent when used on a defense team, as it'd slow down approaches, and it may even leave units stuck in a loop, which could force the opponent to try and engage the enemy, which might not be a safe course of action depending on Ayra's allies and their builds.

Special: Icon Skill Special.png Regnal Astra is Ayra's Special, unique to her, and adds damage to Ayra's attack based off of her Spd. It adds a pretty good amount of damage considering how fast Ayra is, and this lets her break through a lot of opponents.

A Passive: Swift Sparrow 2.png Swift Sparrow 2 is Ayra's A skill. This build is strictly a player phase build, so this skill is perfect for Ayra, granting her +4 Atk and Spd when she initiates combat.

B Passive: Chill Spd 3.png Chill Spd 3 is an option for Ayra's B skill. It debuffs the fastest unit on the enemy team for -7 Spd. There's no other condition other than that, so that means as Ayra's opponents approach her, there's assuredly one unit that's hit by the debuff, making them slower, and a potentially easier target for Ayra or her teammates to prey on. This skill slot is flexible however, should the player feel like other skills are needed.

C Passive: This skill slot is flexible, open to be whatever the player needs. A buffing skill, like a Drive or a Tactic skill could suffice, but this is up to the player's discretion and team composition.

Sacred Seal: Flashing Blade 3.png Flashing Blade 3 is Ayra's Seal. If she can outspeed her opponent, she is granted an extra Special charge per attack. With Regnal Astra's fast charge and Ayra's lightning speed, bolstered by her skills, this can ensure that she'll activate Regnal Astra on her second strike.

Celica is a powerful red mage, thanks to her tome granting her great boosts to her Atk and Spd, especially when refined. She needs to be injured for her to take advantage of the effect, but this build is all about using the right skills to complement this effect.

Weapon: Brazen Atk Spd W.png Ragnarok is Celica's weapon. When refined, it grants +5 Atk and Spd during combat, but injures her for 5 HP afterwards. When given its special skill, Celica gets an additional +7 Atk and Spd during combat once she's under 80% HP, to a total of +12 Atk and Spd with just her weapon alone, as long as she's injured enough. This helps turn her merely decent offenses into something much more formidable, and this effect pairs perfectly with skills like Desperation.

Assist: Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is chosen as Celica's Assist. Its uses are versatile, as she can either use it to bring an ally out of danger, or she can use it to propel an ally closer into the fray.

Special: Icon Skill Special.png Glimmer is Celica's Special. It is chosen for its fast charge, allowing her to activate it pretty often. It will add more damage to her attacks, which will help her secure victories against her opponents.

A Passive: Fury 3.png Fury 3 is the safest bet for Celica's A skill. It grants her +3 to all stats, but injures her for 6 HP after combat, which will stack with her weapon's effect. If her HP is low enough, this can even bring her straight into Desperation range after a single round of combat. The extra defenses will help her exchange blows just in case she needs that extra help to get into the necessary HP thresholds, while the extra Atk and Spd are greatly appreciated to help her deal even more damage. However, if the player is confident that Celica can exchange blows comfortably and activate the effects of her weapon and skills, then other A skills that augment her offenses should be considered. For instance, Swift Sparrow 2.png Swift Sparrow 2 provides a +4 Atk and Spd boost when initiating combat, while Life and Death 3.png Life and Death 3 provides +5 Atk and Spd at the cost of her defenses, which could either help her exchange blows against weaker foes and still reach her HP thresholds, but it could also make her more susceptible to stronger foes. Brazen Atk Spd 3.png Brazen Atk/Spd 3 is the riskiest, but most rewarding of her A skill choices, granting +7 Atk and Spd when she's sufficiently injured, which is the same as Ragnarok's effect, and will stack with it. While the other skills at least provide extra stats for her first round of combat, this skill does not, meaning Celica's stuck with just the +5 Atk and Spd boost from her weapon at full health. If the player is absolutely certain that Celica can reach the necessary HP thresholds, then this skill be active as well, stacking with her weapon's effect to an incredible +19 Atk and Spd.

B Passive: Desperation 3.png Desperation 3 is a great choice for Celica's B skill. Once Celica gets injured and gets going, Desperation will allow her follow up attacks to occur consecutively, meaning she can strike twice before the opponent can retaliate.

C Passive: Spur Def 3.png Spur Def 3 is an option for Celica's C skill as she comes with it naturally, as it can help augment the defenses of her allies. However, this skill slot is very flexible, open to be anything else the player needs. Some suggestions include Drive Def 2.png Drive Def 2, which would reach allies further away at the mere cost of only buffing Def by +3 rather than +4 for instance. Spd Smoke 3.png Spd Smoke 3 would help slow down nearby foes after Celica attacks, making them easier to double.

Sacred Seal: Flashing Blade 3.png Flashing Blade 3 is Celica's Seal. With her A skill and her weapon, her Spd will be very high, allowing her to take full advantage of this skill and activate her Special on her second hit.

Through the use of either Flashing Blade or Heavy Blade and complementary skills to help Celica's performance, she can properly use a 5 charge Special like Galeforce or Aether.

Weapon: Icon Class Red Sword.png Beloved Zofia is Celica's weapon of choice. It grants her a +4 boost to all of her stats at full health, boosting her overall combat performance, giving her very high offenses and pretty decent bulk to help her take a hit better.

Assist: Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger.

Special: Galeforce is Celica's Special of choice. Provided that she meets the stat check of her Seal, and if she exchanges blows, she can activate this after her first round of combat and can move again, either catching another foe off guard, or retreating to safety. Alternatively, Aether can be used instead to help improve her sustain. Under the same conditions, Aether will be charged for her next round of combat, which will allow her to recover from any injures she had in her first round of combat, provided she chooses the appropriate target.

A Passive: Brazen Atk Spd 3.png Brazen Atk/Spd 3 is chosen as Celica's A skill. It ensures that once she's injured, she's not down and out of the fight just yet, as she'll have a solid +7 Atk and Spd to help her outspeed and overpower her opponent, as well as helping her meet the stat check of her chosen Seal. This way, whether she's at full HP or she's injured, she's going to have heightened stats somehow.

B Passive: Desperation 3.png Desperation 3 is Celica's B skill. If she gets injured enough, any follow up attack will be performed consecutively, allowing her to dispatch of enemies before they have a chance to react, pairing perfectly with her A skill.

C Passive: Spd Smoke 3.png Spd Smoke 3 is an option for Celica's C skill. After attacking, any foe near Celica's target will suffer a Spd debuff, which can be taken advantage of. Other Smoke skills are a good option as well. Atk Smoke 3.png Atk Smoke 3 will instead cause an Atk debuff, which can help Celica or her allies take hits or exchange blows a little better. Def Smoke 3.png Def Smoke 3, while more elusive, will allow Celica or her allies to slay a weakened foe. Savage Blow 3 can also work for some chip damage, although the player should be wary about setting off any skills that depend on an HP threshold like Vantage 3.

Sacred Seal: Flashing Blade 3.png Flashing Blade 3 or Heavy Blade 3 are Celica's Seals, and are what's necessary for this build to work. If her Spd is higher than her foe's (when using Flashing Blade), or if her Atk is higher than her foe's (when using Heavy Blade), then Celica gets an extra Special charge with her attacks. This is needed to activate longer charge Specials like Galeforce and Aether. The choice of Seal is up to player preference, and both Celica's weapon and her A skill will help her meet the stat checks that she needs.

This build aims to make Celica at her absolute strongest when she's at full health. By combining Beloved Zofia and Atk/Spd Push, when at full health, Celica reaches and impressive 60/44 offensive spread. This is before considering IVs and stat boosts too! This version of Celica can almost always secure a kill and eliminate the biggest threat on the enemy team.

Aether is here to give her some form of self healing. Sol and Noontime aren't as reliable, but they are an option if you lack Aether. Keep in mind that this wont guarantee her getting back to full health. Chill Def is here to weaken the bulkiest unit on the enemy team. She'll have an easier time eliminating them once they get chilled, however her default Chill Spd is also a good option. Do keep in mind that Celica herself does not have to run the chill skills, so if someone on her team already runs it, her B slot is open for something else. Odd Atk Wave/Even Spd Wave are there for her to self buff her offenses even further. I would personally prioritize her Atk, since the tankiest units are usually the slowest, so she won't have a hard time out-speeding them. The sacred seals are Heavy Blade and Flashing Blade, these are to accelerate her Aether cooldown.

Fallen Celica is at her strongest when she is healthy, making her an excellent unit to eliminate the biggest threat first. Once she falls under 100% HP, it will be tricky to get her back to full health without a healer, however if she has already fulfilled her role then the rest can be left to other teammates.

With Celica's high Spd, she can utilize a Firesweep Sword+ pretty well, which also pairs perfectly with her Double Lion skill.

Weapon: Icon Class Red Sword.png Firesweep S+ is Celica's weapon of choice. It denies the opponent and the user from counterattacking, making it a purely player phase weapon. While this means Celica has no enemy phase presence at all, it makes her player phase presence much more formidable.

Assist: Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger.

Special: Icon Skill Special.png Moonbow is Celica's Special. It pierces through her foe's Def, helping her break through sturdier opponents. With her B skill, Seal, and enough Spd, she can potentially activate this twice in her first round of combat, which is all but certain to destroy her foe.

A Passive: Death Blow 4.png Death Blow 4 is Celica's A skill. It grants her an impressive +8 Atk when initiating combat, which is perfect, as she'll only want to initiate combat most of the time anyway.

B Passive: Double Lion.png Double Lion is Celica's B skill. When she's at full health, she will strike twice consecutively, just as if she was wielding a Brave Sword+. After combat, she'll suffer 1 HP of damage, knocking her out of this effect. If Celica wants to use Double Lion throughout the map, she needs some form of healing, either through her Special or through the support of an ally. This effect is incredibly powerful, as Celica also has very good Spd, allowing her to potentially perform quadruple strikes against her opponents if they are slow enough.

C Passive: Atk Tactic 3.png Atk Tactic 3 is an option for Celica's C skill. It grants +6 Atk to all nearby allies as long as the team composition requirements are met, namely that there cannot be more than two of a movement type on the team. However, this skill slot is flexible, depending on player preference.

Sacred Seal: Flashing Blade 3.png Flashing Blade 3 is Celica's Seal. If she outspeeds her foe, she can get an extra Special charge with her attacks. This means that Celica should be able to strike once and charge her Special immediately, activating it on the second strike. With Double Lion, she can potentially perform a quadruple strike, and the process repeats: she'll strike again, and then her final strike will have Moonbow charged.

The goal of this set is to maximize the damage she inflicts on initiation at full health. Celica may end up at really low (or zero) HP after attacking a sturdy blue tank, but that tank will also likely be dented or even obliterated in the process if she has some attack buffs and lands all four possible hits.

Weapon: The power of Celica's special skills can be increased without raising special cooldown through the damage bonus of Icon Class Red Sword.png Wo Dao+ or cooldown reduction of Icon Class Red Sword.png Slaying Edge+. That both options are refinable allows Celica to use a speed refine to match the speed boost of Icon Class Red Sword.png Royal Sword while also gaining a useful HP boost that can help her take some strong blue hits and still survive to complete her nuking role. There is a slight drop in attack in either option, but the potential special damage boosts more than offset this.

Assist: Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is the preferred movement assist for many infantry units, and Celica is no exception. That being said, a mixed Rally skill could synergize with certain Tactic passives, and other assists may be chosen to suit team needs; thus, the choice of assist is flexible.

Special: Icon Skill Special.png Moonbow is paired with Icon Class Red Sword.png Wo Dao+ to really add to the punch of firing off two quick specials in a single initiation under the effects of Double Lion.png Double Lion. Similarily, Icon Skill Special.png Draconic Aura can be paired with Icon Class Red Sword.png Slaying Edge+ to achieve comparable amounts of additional damage thanks to Celica's high attack stat when initiating combat. Either way, the extra power granted by either skill pair helps Celica slice her way past bulky blues a bit more easily.

A Passive: Death Blow 4.png Death Blow 4 yields maximal damage in the case that that Celica is already fast enough to quad her foe under Double Lion.png Double Lion, while Swift Sparrow 2.png Swift Sparrow 2 allows her to quad some faster units without cutting into her ability to tank an enemy hit and complete her quadruple strike.

B Passive: The signature Double Lion.png Double Lion skill gives Celica a distinct niche among other fast swordsfolk by allowing her to situationally attack twice in combat without any stat penalty and with any choice of weapon. As such, this skill is the go-to B passive for this set.

C Passive: Celica's default Atk Tactic 3.png Atk Tactic 3 is a great supportive skill for mixed emblem teams, but other C passives can also be used flexibly depending on the needs of the rest of the team. Odd Atk Wave 3.png Odd Atk Wave 3 and Even Spd Wave 3.png Even Spd Wave 3 are notably self-buffing skills that can be utilized strategically to make her even more effective at a nuking role.

Sacred Seal: Heavy Blade 3.png Heavy Blade 3 and Flashing Blade 3.png Flashing Blade 3 are well suited for this special-reliant set, as Celica can activate two strong special skills in a single round of combat via Double Lion.png Double Lion more consistently whenever she is able to attain a higher attack or speed stat than those of her foe, respectively. Arguably, Flashing Blade 3.png Flashing Blade 3 may be slightly more useful to this set since it is reliant on making quad initiations very destructive.

Weapon: Because Double Lion.png Double Lion occupies her B skill slot, Celica can't default to running Desperation 3.png Desperation 3 to circumvent powerful counterattacks (as most player phase units do)---meaning Icon Class Red Sword.png Firesweep S+ is the perfect choice of sword. With it, her player phase potential is absurd, allowing her to delete a staggering percentage of the roster unhindered.

Assist: Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is the go-to assist for most infantry and is likely Brave Celica's best option.

Special: With either blade seal in effect, Icon Skill Special.png Moonbow, as a two charge special, will proc with or without Double Lion.png Double Lion in effect. With Double Lion.png Double Lion's effect, she can proc her special twice if her target survives three hits, increasing the odds of her being able to take out bulky blue units in one round.

A Passive: Death Blow 4.png Death Blow 4 is the most uncreative bit of powercreep ever and also a fantastic A skill to have in any player phase unit's base kit!

B Passive: Double Lion.png Double Lion is what makes Celica a good unit, allowing her to quad without jumping through the hoops of running a brave weapon and compensating for their innate speed penalty.

C Passive: C slots will almost always be flexible. However, Atk Tactic 3.png Atk Tactic 3 is a fantastic C skill to have in one's base kit, so if Celica is being used in a team with varying movement types, it will likely be worth keeping.

Sacred Seal: Heavy Blade 3.png Heavy Blade 3 or Flashing Blade 3.png Flashing Blade 3 are the ideal seal choices to augment her damage potential, increasing the rate at which she lowers her special's cooldown if her attack or speed are higher than her target's.

While the Brave Bow set is better at deleting frail defensive units, Icon Skill Weapon.png Firesweep Bow+ is better at dealing with tanks - especially those with Distant Counter like Hector, as Cordelia can initiate on any unit and not worry about getting counterattacked.

With this set, a +Spd boon is preferred to ensure Cordelia doubles as much units as possible. Life and Death 3.png Life and Death 3 is the A passive of choice, as it increases both attack and speed. The fact that Cordelia's defense and resistance get lowered by it doesn't matter a lot, as Cordelia's defenses are very low even without Life and Death equipped, and Firesweep Bow removes the need for defensive stats when intitating.

In the B slot, Chill Spd 3.png Chill Spd 3 is chosen because it lowers the fastest enemies into a speed value that allows Cordelia to double them. Since only the fastest units can avoid the double, Chill Speed will always target them and allow her to get the two hits reliably.

Just like the Brave Bow build, the C slot is flexible and can be used for a Spur or Hone based on the player's needs.

For the special, Icon Skill Special.png Moonbow is the preferred option as it allows Cordelia to combat tanks more effectively, and it also activates every engage if Cordelia gets the double, which she needs to have a successful kill, thanks to Flashing Blade 3.png Flashing Blade 3. Like with her Brave Bow set, the assist can be either Icon Skill Assist.png Draw Back or Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition.

I've been fond of Corrin characters for awhile now, but to get one with crazy Spd and a BST in the high 160's was awesome. +Spd/-Def gets her 41spd and 29def, both very respectable and easy to work with. Draconic Rage can grant her an additional 5spd, that alone can grant easy use of the flashing Blade seal and quick use of Aether, but since she comes with Atk/Spd Bond, why not use that too? So while next to an ally, she's granted 57atk and 51spd. Pair all this with def/res link and her defenses get up to 35/34. You could also use water breath+ to lean more towards survivability, and with the option of weapon refine gets her even more health and defense potential. She's very versatile, but of course being a green dragon even 40def won't stop a well built falchion so be careful.

This build is more about swag and, well, flashiness than more practical dual-phase A skills such as Fury 3 or Swift Sparrow 2 or even Life and Death 3. Flashing Blade is a tough skill to employ effectively because it squats on the same skill slot that's normally used to boost the Spd stat. It does aptly conveys one's sheer dedication to one's pet projects, given that it requires sacrificing the high-tier 5-star exclusive infantry sword unit Mia to even get Flashing Blade. Felicia's Plate's Special Ability refinement path offers a more potent accelerated charge effect than Flashing Blade, but doesn't give any extra stats and it only works against magic users, so really the only reason to build her like this is if you wish to expand her coverage in order to fight stuff that explicitly isn't in her wheelhouse like bow users and DC melee units... so consider yourself warned!

Previously, the build worked with a Mochi donation from NY Takumi. Now I'd take the Plate for its ability to target lower defensive stats and well, not being seasonal. If you can outspeed and tank a target who can counterattack, Felicia will be able to activate Iceberg on her second attack—Iceberg starts at a count of 3, Felicia gains 2 charges per attack, and of course one from the enemy's attack. Felicia will take very little damage from most mages while destroying them with Iceberg; the only issue is that Nino and company can get fast enough to avoid being doubled or even fast enough to stop FB from working at all without too much trouble, so you may have to resort to Speed Ploy. Give her QP or Infantry Pulse support and she can get a Glacies on her first engage.

On the other hand, this setup is actually pretty OK at breaking some DC units who would otherwise be awfully uninviting for Felicia to attack even though it really shouldn't be her job to take these guys on. Provided you can eat the hit then kill with Iceberg/Glacies, Felicia can even get her revenge on some post-Refinement dragons this way. Of course, using Felicia to pull off such a stunt is typically going to be a one-and-done type deal, so YMMV. It's usually more practical to kill things that won't flush all your HP in the process, but hey, that's why this is Creative as opposed to optimal.

Other builds using this skill
