This build is for players aiming to use Celica right out of the gate, using mostly easy to obtain skills and keeping as much of her base skillset as possible.

Weapon: Icon Class Red Sword.png Beloved Zofia is Celica's weapon of choice. It grants her a +4 boost to all of her stats at full health, boosting her overall combat performance, giving her very high offenses and pretty decent bulk to help her exchange blows with melee opponents. She is injured for 4 damage after combat, but this can pair well with Fury 3 to stack the self injury effect and get into Desperation 3 range, should the player decide to use that skill.

Assist: Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger.

Special: Luna is an option for Celica's Special. She comes with it naturally, and it lets her puncture through tougher opponents. Moonbow is an acceptable option, giving up a stronger defense pierce for a faster charge.

A Passive: Fury 3 is Celica's A skill, chosen to help bolster her combat performance further by boosting all of her stats. The self injury effect from this and her weapon will work well with Desperation 3. Alternatively, Brazen Atk Def 3.png Brazen Atk/Def 3 could be an option to improve her physical bulk when she's injured, which also ensures that she'll have some sort of stat boost whether she's injured or at full health.

B Passive: Desperation 3 can be chosen as Celica's B skill, as it works well with her weapon and Fury 3's self injury. As long as Celica has Celica has neutral HP or a -HP bane, she'll be in Desperation range after a single round of combat, allowing her to strike twice in succession as long as she's fast enough. Should the player have a +HP Celica, however, she'll have to partake in another round of combat afterwards. Or, should the player feel like another skill is necessary, then this skill slot is flexible for other skills. Notably, Celica comes with Chill Spd 3, which lets her debuff a fast opponent's Spd from anywhere on the map, making it a decent supporting option.

C Passive: Hone Atk 3.png Hone Atk 3 is an option for Celica's C skill. She comes with it naturally, and it lets her support her team by buffing their Atk. However, should the player feel like other skills are needed, then this skill slot is flexible, open to be anything else, like other stat buffing skills.

Sacred Seal: Close Def 3.png Close Def 3 is an option for Celica's Seal, improving her melee bulk, while Speed Plus 3.png Speed +3 helps her outspeed opponents. However, this slot is flexible, open to be whatever the player needs. It could be a stat boost, or a stat buff to support her team, or anything to help her combat performance further. This is up to the player's discretion and team composition.

Celica has great offensive stats, and while she's at full HP, they're boosted even further with her Beloved Zofia's effect. This build aims to give her high burst damage, ensuring that anyone that engages her will dearly pay the price.

Weapon: Icon Class Red Sword.png Beloved Zofia is Celica's weapon of choice. It grants her a +4 boost to all of her stats at full health, boosting her overall combat performance, giving her very high offenses and pretty decent bulk to help her take a hit better.

Assist: Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger.

Special: Glimmer is Celica's Special of choice, as it has a fast charge and it helps her deal even more damage, which can help give her the upper hand in battle.

A Passive: Distant Counter is chosen as Celica's A skill. With it, she'll be able to retaliate against ranged opponents, meaning they'll have to tread carefully around her, lest they face a vicious retaliation.

B Passive: Wrath 3 is Celica's B skill. If she gets injured enough and activates her Special, it'll allow her to do even more damage. Afterwards, it'll help her charge it up again at a quickened pace.

Sacred Seal: Quick Riposte 3 will allow Celica to perform a follow up attack when attacked, which can help her activate Glimmer. Quickened Pulse would bring Glimmer's charge down to 1. Either way, if an enemy engages her, Celica will threaten them with Glimmer.

As one of the two 3 star available dragons, Corrin can be built quite effectively on a budget and is very ommon for merges.

Because one cannot lean on Steady Breath.png Steady Breath to provide damage, +Atk becomes extremely important in allowing Corrin to cut through enemies due to her low attack. However, if that boon is not available to you other boons such as +Def and +Spd are also acceptable alternatives. Because this build is focused on being a physical sponge, -Res is her optimal bane, though -HP is also acceptable.

Icon Skill Weapon.png Dark Breath+ is Corrin's native weapon and is usually sufficient if you're building her on a budget. However, if one can spare the fodder Icon Skill Weapon.png Lightning Breath+ is generally better, as it makes her much more flexible in terms of what targets she can bait. Generally +Spd is the best refine, but if one has a +Def Corrin doubling down on a +Def refine also works out very well.

Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is a powerful assist for enemy phase tanky units, but other options such as dual rallies are also very strong.

Fury 3 is particularly important to Corrin, as she needs the boost to all of her stats. The Spd helps her not get doubled, the Def/Res are good ofr her bulk, and Corrin needs all the Atk she can get.

Alternately, if Fury 4.png Fury 4 is not available and one wants to make Corrin much more specialized, Triangle Adept 3.png Triangle Adept 3 allows her to easily stand up to red units.

Swordbreaker 3.png Swordbreaker 3 becomes the best skill to use if running Fury 3, as it allows her to easily deal with sword units and is fairly readily available.

If running Triangle Adept 3.png Triangle Adept 3, Quick Riposte 2.png Quick Riposte 2 is a good option for her, as generally Swordbreaker 3.png Swordbreaker 3 is overkll alongside TA.

Alternately, one can run Bowbreaker 3.png Bowbreaker 3 if units such as Brave Lyn are a problem.

Hone Atk 3.png Hone Atk 3 is Corrin's natural C skill and is very good, but can be changed to suite the requirements of her team. Other common C skills are other hones/spurs, Panic Ploy 3.png Panic Ploy 3, or smokes, though they are much more expensive inheritance wise.

If one runs a breaker as their B skill, Quick Riposte 3 becomes the best Sacred Seal of choice, given that it's fairly easy to craft even on a budget. Alternately, another powerful seal that should generally be maxed out is Close Def 3.png Close Def 3, especially if you utilize Icon Skill Weapon.png Dark Breath+ and thus relying on Corrin to be a melee duelist.

This build is meant to utilize Corrin's good speed and def in order to turn her into a flexible physical tank that is capable of trading with almost any physical unit.

Her optimal boon is +Atk due to it being a super boon, giving her +4 atk rather than the normal +3. However, other boons such as +Def and +Spd are also acceptable alternatives. Because this build is focused on being a physical sponge, -Res is her optimal bane, though -HP is also acceptable.

Icon Skill Weapon.png Lightning Breath+ is her optimal weapon choice, allowing her to counter attack vs bows and red magic, which she can usually deal with. In addition, the detriment of the +1 Special Charge is not as detrimental due to the rest of her kit. +Spd is the bet refine due to both giving her good stats and increasing her speed, thus increasing the likelihood of her not getting doubled which increases her tankiness. Though, +Def is also an acceptable refine, especially if her boon is the same.

Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is a powerful assist for enemy phase tanky units, but other options such as dual rallies are also very strong.

Bonfire is essential for letting Corrin deal damage, as it will activate every combat and helps pad her mediocre attack stat. The 3 CD (turned into 4 CD) skill allows her to get a special off everye combat, and given her natural speed she is less likely to get doubled.

Steady Breath.png Steady Breath makes this build work. Given Corrin's naturally high speed she can, with a little support, avoid a lot of natural doubles from units. This means that most combats will resolve as "Enemy Attacks (2 CD) -> Corrin Attacks (0 CD) -> Corrin Activates Bonfire", which allows her to dispense of many enemies.

Quick Riposte 3 allows Corrin to always ensure she doubles the enemy. While her speed is solid, it generally isn't high enough to let her naturally double her enemies, but in a place where she usually doesn't get doubled.

Hone Atk 3.png Hone Atk 3 is Corrin's natural C skill and is very good, but can be changed to suite the requirements of her team. Other common C skills are other hones/spurs, Panic Ploy 3.png Panic Ploy 3, or smokes.

Depending on what threats you need Corrin stand up to, her S slot can change between Distant Def 3.png Distant Def 3, making her more durable against ranged threats, or Close Def 3.png Close Def 3 which makes her more durable against melee threats.

With her naturally high speed, Corrin can utilize her native weapon quite well.

Icon Skill Weapon.png Dark Breath+ is the weapon of choice in this build, allowing Corrin to capitalize on her first combat, which will generally be in her advantage, and apply a large debuff to the enemy which allows her to much better tank the rest of the enemies when they come into range in the enemy phase. +Spd is the best refine for the weapon, as it will better allow her to double enemies if she chose to initiate and avoid doubles.

Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is a powerful assist for enemy phase tanky units, but other options such as dual rallies are also very strong.

Icon Skill Special.png Moonbow is a strong option for Corrin, as it'll allow her to cut through tanky enemy units on a low cooldown on her first combat, as its cooldown is not enhanced by something like Icon Skill Weapon.png Lightning Breath+. Alternately, one can use Bonfire to empower Corrin's second combat phase.

Distant Counter is important to the build, as it is not build into Icon Skill Weapon.png Dark Breath+.

Quick Riposte 3 enhances Corrin's enemy phase prowess, allowing her to always be able to hit back twice.

Alternately, Wrath 3.png Wrath 3 is a strong B skill for her if one chooses to rely on the Icon Skill Weapon.png Dark Breath+ debuff in addition her natural speed to double opponents. It further increases her kill potential on targets that she normally wouldn't be able to kill, in addition to opening up the use of higher cooldown skills such as Icon Skill Special.png Aether if one wishes to do so.

Alternately, if one chooses to go Wrath 3.png Wrath 3, the Quick Riposte 3 seal becomes a solid option to allow Corrin to keep up her enemy phase prowess, albeit at the cost of some tankiness.

This build aims to be extremely frustrating to deal with on Arena Defense teams.

This is done by utilizing the annoyances created by Icon Skill Weapon.png Dark Breath+ and adding Windsweep 3.png Windsweep 3 on top of it, and then having strong enemy phase with Steady Breath.png Steady Breath. Note that this build is functional when wielded by a player, but is generally outclassed by her The Black Pillar build when player controlled.

Icon Skill Weapon.png Dark Breath+ makes this build powerful, allowing Corrin to debuff her enemies when they try to bait her in. Even if she dies to the enemy, it will still debuff the enemies, causing them problems when the enemy tries to take down the rest of your team. +Spd is the best refine for the weapon, as it will better allow her to sweep enemies if she chose to initiate and avoid doubles on the backswing.

Her assist skill is very flexible, though Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is generally strong at keeping your defense team together and Corrin in front.

Bonfire is a strong special skill, given the 4 cooldown with Steady Breath.png Steady Breath. Alternately, Icon Skill Special.png Moonbow can be used if you think she's likely to get an initiating attack off, making attacking back into her extremely difficult.

Steady Breath.png Steady Breath is a strong A skill, as it punishes enemies for trying to circumvent Windsweep 3.png Windsweep 3 by attacking into her. If running Bonfire she can very easily simply activate it during combat, allowing her to severely dent even the most tanky of attackers. Even when using Icon Skill Special.png Moonbow it will help Corrin activate the skill immediately if she was able to get an initiating attack off.

Windsweep 3.png Windsweep 3 is what makes this build particularly annoying to deal with, as it allows her to safely initiate on enemies without fear of counter attack most of the time. This is especially powerful if the neemy did not note down the skills on their enemies, which can catch many players off guard and put them in a very bad position.

Alternately, given the popularity of Green dragons, Watersweep 3.png Watersweep 3 is an alternative to shut down teams that try to bait her using dragons.

Hone Atk 3.png Hone Atk 3 is Corrin's natural C skill and is very good, but can be changed to suite the requirements of her team. Other common C skills are other hones/spurs, Panic Ploy 3.png Panic Ploy 3, or smokes.

Phantom Spd 3 ensures that Corrin is able to sweep her enemies, as the added 10 speed puts her effective speed above almost every enemy.

This build is aimed towards taking full advantage of the weapon Blárblade+ and its ability. Delthea's natural offensive stats are very high which makes using this weapon feasible for her.

Weapon: Icon Class Blue Tome.png Blárblade+ is a very powerful weapon. It permits any bonuses on the unit to then become additional points of damage. It is absolutely crucial to buff Delthea as much as possible to maximize her damage potential. Delthea sports incredibly high attack power, and when paired with this weapon her potential damage output can be astronomical.

Assist Skill: Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is an all-around versatile movement based skill. It permits Delthea to move her team around her, either protecting them/her or allowing them to initiate. Draw Back is also an excellent selection here as it allows her to pull herself and another unit to safety.

Special: Icon Skill Special.png Moonbow permits Delthea to deal bonus damage quite frequently as it has a low charge time. Moonbow is heavily suggested here, for Blárblade+ increases her charge time for her special.

A Skill: Life and Death 3.png Life and Death 3 or Fury 3.png Fury 3 are both designed to give her an offensive boost for this build. Her defense is rather abysmal, so that stat reduction is negligible. Life and Death 3 will reduce her overall ability to take magic hit(s), so this is to be considered when using this skill. Fury 3 gives less of an offensive boost than Life and Death 3, but increases her bulk slightly and helps her fall into her Desperation 3 threshold.

B Skill: Desperation 3.png Desperation 3 abuses her excellent speed to allow her two attacks on enemies that she out-speeds before they are permitted an action. Rarely, if ever, will an enemy survive 2 hits from Delthea if she is buffed so this is an excellent skill to secure kills for herself. Her speed stat, unsupported by buffs, would equate to 42 (with Life and Death) or 40 (with Fury), both of which are very high and effective for Desperation's use.

C Skill: Hone Atk 3.png Hone Atk 3 is an efficient way for her to buff and assist her teammates. This skill slot is flexible, but skills like this one will increase her ability to be a team player. Other supporting skills for Delthea could include Hone Spd 3.png Hone Spd 3 or Drive Atk 2.png Drive Atk 2. Drive Atk is native to her kit, so no extra SP or using units as skill fodder will be necessary if this skill is selected.

Sacred Seal: Quickened Pulse.png Quickened Pulse is an all around good skill for most offensive builds. A faster charge time is always appreciated, and in this case it works quite well with Icon Skill Special.png Moonbow.

So this is a set for the people that don't want to sacrifice too much good fodder, but still want a mixed phase Dorcas. Without Bold Fighter or Vengeful, it is a little less investment. This set requires at minimum one 4* Subaki, one 4* A!Tiki, one 4* Olivia or F!Corrin, and one 3* Raven. The other options include more investment, sacrificing 2 5* units, but giving a more powerful approach. For choosing A slot skills, it depends on your preference, if you want more enemy or player phase oriented. B slot is QR 2, or 3 for more investment, but better enemy phase. The C slot, as always, is your choice, however, I like Hone Atk on almost any unit because it will help anyone, no matter the team. For seals, again, preference, but I prefer either of the 2 above seals, because they can help in player and enemy phase respectively. Stay scary! Taking advantage of a sky-high base attack stat and the HP to make good use of Fire Boost 3, this is a simple set of skill inheritance improvements to his base kit to allow you to comfortably auto-battle Hard-5 in Tempest Trials and earn you thousands of points.

We keep the basic weapon owing to its solid base might, though the refinement is flexible. Speed would keep him very safe from being doubled by most of the non-speedster enemies faced, while Defense or Resistance cuts down on the damage he takes while in combat. The Armored Boots seal he comes with is perfect for him, allowing him to act just like an infantry lancer except with a pile more stats, letting him accompany his teammates. His assist can be kept to let him boost the other physical ally on the team when needed, but for autobattle purposes and how the AI works, it may just be better to unequip it so the Lord of Pherae prioritises battle, as he should.

Fire Boost 3 enjoys the HP increase from a refined weapon, and can easily be kept. Luna more or less ensures the kill whenever it triggers, even against green units. Renewal is the immediately obvious option for his B-slot, letting you heal repeatedly across turns and stages in Tempest Trials and keeping him in the range of Fire Boost 3 and Armored Boots. Finally, his C-slot is a flexible space, letting you either go with a buffing skill to aid his allies in their designated matchups or a threaten skill to guarantee a kill when needed.

This build aims to be as low budget as possible by only using easily available F2P Units and turn Gunther into a fairly decent physical wall. Recommended for new players and people in need of a Green unit for their Horse Emblen Team.

His weapon should be Def refined to increase his decent physical bulk. For his special, you can use Ignis, which you can get from Female Robin after obtaining her from her Grand Hero Battle(GHB). You can also use Luna, which you can get from Valter after completing his GHB. Alternatively, Bonfire from Male Robin or Adult Tiki is also a good choice. For his A-Slot, Def +3 is recommended. You can inherit this skill from Stahl after completing his Hero Battle and upgrading him to 4*. For his B-Slot, you can use Guard 2 to increase his survivability and make him able to survive Reinhardt. That skill can be inherited from Julius (GHB, no longer availlable) or common units like Leon and Titania. Alternatively, Lancebreaker 3, which you can inherit from Narcian (GHB), will help him beat most lance units in this game. For his C-Slot, you can keep his hone cavalry if you want to use him in a Horse Emblem team or inherit Hone Atk 3 from Olivia, who is available from a Hero Battle. For his Sacred Seal, you can give him Close Defence or Defense +1. Upgrading these Seals is recommended. You can use Gunther to force Physical units to approach, as his Bulk is good enough to survive most green and blue physical enemies, as well as many blue mages, including Reinhardt if you use Guard 2. He is also a solid addition to a Horse Emblem team, in which his bulk can become incredible.

If you summon a Gunther, then +Def/Atk/HP are his best boons and -Spd is his best bane. -Res is also OK, but he'll be unable to survive Reinhardt, even if he has Guard 2, when he's unbuffed.

Resistance Plus W.png Barrier Blade+ (Res) / Geishun+ (Res)
Stats: +Def, +Res, +Atk/-Spd
Click to show/hide build description
Flying in with the new year, Hríd is unquestionably best suited to be an Enemy Phase unit. He has the statline of a great physical wall, and with a bit of skill inheritance can function quite well as a mixed tank. He turns into a veritable fortress with a Fortify Fliers boost and would excel on a Flying team, but he doesn't specifically need such boosts to be viable; Hríd is good enough to fit into any team in need of a sword unit.

【 Weapon 】

  • Resistance Plus W.png Barrier Blade+ is Hríd's best option as a weapon, as he greatly appreciates the Res boost on Enemy Phase. A Res refine helps boost his base Res stat closer to his impressive Def stat.
  • Resistance Plus W.png Geishun+ is a decent alternative with its Chill Atk effect, which affects the foe with the highest Atk stat regardless of their weapon, but with Hríd's lower Res it's better to go with Barrier Blade's consistent +7 Res boost on Enemy Phase.

【 Assist 】

  • Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is an old standby, and works very well to help snatch allies out of danger.
  • Icon Skill Assist.png Swap is a good alternative if that fits your play style better, and it comes with his base kit.

【 Special 】

  • Icon Skill Special.png Bonfire is a great choice with Hríd's inherently high Def stat.
  • Icon Skill Special.png Ignis is also a good option with a higher damage output, although this build does not give Hríd a way to reduce the cooldown.

【 A Skill 】

  • Distant Counter.png Distant Counter is more or less required, as this is specifically a DC build. It allows Hríd to retaliate against ranged attackers, and with his impressive defenses he can take initial hits quite well and hit back hard.
  • Atk Res Bond 3.png Atk/Res Bond 3 is a less expensive alternative; it takes away Hríd's ability to retaliate against ranged attacks, but it does allow him to tank more magic damage. If Distant Counter is unavailable, this isn't a bad option.

【 B Skill 】

  • Quick Riposte 3.png Quick Riposte 3 is really the only choice for Hríd's B Skill thanks to his painfully low speed; it will allow him to double consistently on Enemy Phase as long as his health stays above 70%. Luckily, this 5★ skill comes as part of his base kit.

【 C Skill 】

  • Hone Atk 4.png Hone Atk 4 is Hríd's (currently) unique C skill, giving a massive +7 boost to the Atk stat of adjacent allies at the start of a turn, and it fits well into pretty much any team. However, it can be switched out for another skill if your team composition requires a different kind of support, especially if you're placing Hríd onto a Flying team.

【 Sacred Seal 】

  • Atk Def Bond 3.png Atk/Def Bond 3 is a great choice of seal, as it boosts his Atk and Def by 5 points each on both phases as long as Hríd remains adjacent to an ally. The increased Def will also benefit him if he has Bonfire or Ignis as his choice of Special.
  • Atk Res Bond 3.png Atk/Res Bond 3 is also a great option if you're worried about his ability to tank magic damage, although it won't boost his Special damage output.

If you're not going for the Distant Counter build, the other option is to turn Hríd into a flying physical tank. This build does best when in a Flying team so Hríd can gain the Fortify Fliers buffs, but a mixed team with Def Tactic would work as well.

【 Weapon 】

  • Defense Plus W.png Safeguard+ is a fantastic option for Hríd, as it grants +7 Def on Enemy Phase. This greatly amplifies his melee tanking capabilities, as he wants his Def as high as possible to deflect incoming attacks.
  • Defense Plus W.png Geishun+ is his default weapon, and if Safeguard+ isn't available, then Geishun+ an excellent alternative with its Chill Atk effect. While it's a less universal effect than Safeguard+, it will reduce magic damage should Hríd happen to land in the path of a high Atk mage.

【 Assist 】

  • Icon Skill Assist.png Reposition is an old standby, and works very well to help snatch allies out of danger.
  • Icon Skill Assist.png Swap is a good alternative if that fits your play style better, and it comes with his base kit.

【 Special 】

  • Icon Skill Special.png Bonfire is a great choice with Hríd's inherently high Def stat, and will unload for large amounts of damage with all bonuses in place. A +Def Hríd with Fortify Fliers, both Atk/Def Bonds active, and a Def refine Safeguard+ will hit for an extra 33 damage.
  • Icon Skill Special.png Ignis will be overkill with Hríd's massive Def, let's be honest. You don't need to hit for an extra 52 damage, do you? And this build doesn't give Hríd any way to reduce the cooldown. But if you like seeing big numbers, feel free to indulge.

【 A Skill 】

  • Atk Def Bond 3.png Atk/Def Bond 3 is his base kit skill, and the ideal choice on a Flying team. He should be parked next to an ally anyway to get the Fortify buff each turn, so he might as well make the most of it by boosting his Atk and Def by 5 points each on both phases. The increased Def will also benefit him if he has Bonfire or Ignis as his choice of Special.

【 C Skill 】

  • Goad Fliers.png Goad Fliers is equal to Hone Fliers.png Hone Fliers, Fortify Fliers.png Fortify Fliers, or Ward Fliers.png Ward Fliers on a Flying team — it just depends on what you need.
  • Hone Atk 4.png Hone Atk 4 is Hríd's (currently) unique C skill, giving a massive +7 boost to the Atk stat of adjacent allies at the start of a turn, and it fits well into pretty much any team. However, it can be switched out for another skill if your team composition requires a different kind of support.

【 Sacred Seal 】

  • Atk Def Bond 3.png Atk/Def Bond 3 is the best seal for him with this build; when paired with his A skill, it grants him a total bonus of +10 Atk/+10 Def when adjacent to an ally and powers up his Bonfire/Ignis to nuke levels.
