Grants Spd+3. Enables【Canto (3)】during turns 1 through 4. If unit initiates combat, grants Atk/Spd+6 during combat and reduces damage from foe's first attack by 30%. | Grants Spd+3. Enables【Canto (3)】during turns 1 through 4. If unit initiates combat, grants Atk/Spd+6 during combat and reduces damage from foe's first attack by 30%. 【Canto (3)】 After an attack, Assist skill, or structure destruction, unit can move 3 space(s). (Unit moves according to movement type. Once per turn. Cannot attack or assist. Only highest value applied. Does not stack. After moving, if a skill that grants another action would be triggered (like with Galeforce), Canto will trigger after the granted action. Unit's base movement has no effect on movement granted. Cannot warp (using skills like Wings of Mercy) a distance greater than 3 space(s).) |

Notes[ | ]
- 【Canto (3)】 will not trigger after an extra action granted by Sing/Dance users or Duo/ Harmonized skills if it has already been triggered that turn or if the unit does not perform an action.
- If the unit uses a ranged weapon type and is inflicted with Canto Control, 【Canto (3)】 will trigger, but the unit's action will end without being able to move.
- Canto Control will reduce the amount of movement granted by 【Canto (3)】 to 1 space if the affected unit uses a close weapon type.
- 【Canto (3)】 takes into account the unit's Move Type and the movement restrictions involved with it. For Example, a Cavalry unit cannot use 【Canto (3)】 to enter or cross through a forest.
- 【Canto (3)】 also takes into account effects that alter a unit's normal movement such as Pass 3, Obstruct 3, Traverse Terrain, 【Divine Vein (Flame)】, and 【Pathfinder】.
- 【Canto (3)】 also takes into account warping effects such as Guidance 4 and Air Orders. However, the distance is limited to the maximum amount of spaces allotted by 【Canto (3)】.
- The movement granted by 【Canto (3)】 is unaffected by status effects that alter a unit's movement value such as Stall, Gravity, and Mobility increased.
- "If unit initiates combat" means if the user starts combat during the player phase. The unit does not need to deal damage, nor be the first to attack.
- However, if the effect is applied after combat, the unit must also survive it to fulfill this condition.
- The stat increase that can be applied by Lyngheiðr is considered a temporary buff.
- The damage-reduction is calculated after offensive Specials and damage boosting effects such as Arcane Lúin and Dominance.
- If a skill such as Miracle or Everliving Domain can trigger, the damage-reduction effect will not trigger and the user will still survive with only 1 HP.
- Percentage-based damage-reduction effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
- For example, if both Buffer 4 and Godlike Reflexes activate, the maximum total damage-reduction is 70% instead of 90%, since the two skills reduce the damage to (1 − 50%) × (1 − 40%) = 30% of the original damage.
- For more information, see Damage calculation.

Notes[ | ]
- Refined Lyngheiðr can neutralize penalties.
- Penalties are neutralized by granting temporary buffs of the same amount during combat.
- Temporary buffs from Refined Lyngheiðr do not stack with temporary buffs from effects such as Grand Strategy and Atk/Spd Unity, only temporary buffs from Refined Lyngheiðr will apply.
- Lyngheiðr will not neutralize the additional follow-up of 【Potent Follow X%】.
- Effects that are neutralized by Lyngheiðr:
- Effects that grant the foe a guaranteed follow-up such as Quick Riposte 4, Guaranteed Follow-Ups, or the Grand Conquests Cavalry area effect.
- Effects active on the unit that prevent their follow-up attacks, such as Windsweep 3, Watersweep 3, or Weaving Fighter.
- Effects active on the foe that prevent the unit's follow-up attacks such as Steady Impact, Vengeful Fighter 4, or Foe Cannot Follow-Up.
- The damage boosting effect of Lyngheiðr ignores the foe's Def or Res when calculating the damage boost, and can be reduced by damage reduction effects such as Armored Beacon, Dragon Wall 3, and Dodge.
- A foe equipped with Embla's Ward, Múspellflame, Niðavellir Axiom, or Gold Perfection will neutralize all sources of damage during combat except the minimum 1 damage from Umbra Burst weapons.
- For more information, see Damage calculation.
