Navarre's new weapon allows him to quickly charge deadly specials for the first turn of combat.

Navarre can choose from many specials, but his most consistent will be Icon Skill Special.png Luna. Icon Skill Special.png Astra is another alternative if he's paired with someone who has Infantry Pulse 3.png Infantry Pulse 3 or Ostias Pulse.png Ostia's Pulse for a fully charged special.

If it can be afforded, Atk Spd Solo 3.png Atk/Spd Solo 3 is Navarre's best option for the A slot as its activation requirement is quite easy to meet. Otherwise, Life and Death 3.png Life and Death 3 or Fury 3.png Fury 3 can work just as well.

Special Spiral 3.png Special Spiral 3 is another expensive skill, but it allows Navarre to always have his Special active (assuming it's a 3 charge special). Desperation 3.png Desperation 3 also works as a cheap alternative.

Navarre's C slot just depends on what his team may need, etc. One good, yet expensive option is Odd Atk Wave 3.png Odd Atk Wave 3 as Navarre's Atk as well as his team's.

Navarre can use any seal that improves his combat potency such as Attack Plus 3.png Attack +3. Though if he runs a special with more than 3 charges, he'll need Quickened Pulse.png Quickened Pulse to have it fully charged.
