Description not entirely accurate[]
The debuff only occurs after combat if the unit was able to attack, just like the other staves. I cannot say for sure whether this is a bug or just a mistake in the description. Deicidius (talk) 16:37, 25 April 2017 (UTC)
- Probably something lost in translation / a bug as this is the exact description given in-game. I've added some clarification on the page for now until and if IS fixes the description.

- I just checked Fear, and it appears that that description has "After combat" without the "any", so it probably is a text bug.
