Define a Log-In Bonus.

- kind: The kind of login bonus. Must be one the following:
daily: Use for daily login bonus, which are not fully available at its beginning.event: Use for login bonus related to an ingame event, such as Call of the Sea Events, and fully available at its beginning.web: Use for login bonus related to a web or social network event, such as Quick Hero Battle or Feh's Quiz.other: Use for any other login bonus, such as apologies orbs.
- name: The name of the login bonus, as displayed in game.
- startTime, endTime: The start and end availability times of the login bonus.
