For players who wish to use Hinoka right out of the gate, she thankfully has a lot to offer with just her base kit alone, especially when supporting a flier team. One can just give her an Assist and she's already ready to go.

Weapon: '"`UNIQ--item-511--QINU`"' is Hinoka's weapon of choice; it has quite a bit to offer to her team. In addition to the usual flier effectiveness, it's also effective against armours, allowing her to smash through them fairly easily. This weapon also grants +3 Atk during combat to any nearby ally, effectively being a built in '"`UNIQ--item-514--QINU`"'. And on top of that, it has high Mt and grants some extra Spd.

Assist: '"`UNIQ--item-517--QINU`"' is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger. Flier units can put it to great use thanks to their freedom of movement. '"`UNIQ--item-520--QINU`"' could also be used as a more defensive maneuver, letting her and an ally retreat from danger instead by both moving one space backwards.

Special: '"`UNIQ--item-523--QINU`"' is an option for Hinoka's Special. It has a defense piercing effect, letting Hinoka break through tougher opponents. '"`UNIQ--item-526--QINU`"' is a weaker option, but it has a faster charge, letting her activate it more quickly.

A Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-529--QINU`"' is a great choice for Hinoka's A skill. It grants +5 Atk and Spd during combat as long as Hinoka is next to an ally. While it means that Hinoka basically needs to stay glued to an ally for it to work and positioning will be even more important, the extra Atk and Spd can help secure a victory. If she's used on a flier team, then this works perfectly with an ally that has '"`UNIQ--item-532--QINU`"'.

B Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-535--QINU`"' is an excellent option for Hinoka's B skill, as it lets her warp over to an adjacent space for any flier ally within two spaces. If used properly, this can help extend her range and also help her get the jump on an unsuspecting foe. However, should Hinoka require another B skill or is used on a regular team, then this skill slot is flexible to be whatever else the player needs.

C Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-538--QINU`"' is a great option for Hinoka's C skill, basically working like the opposite of '"`UNIQ--item-541--QINU`"'. Any flier ally within two spaces will be able to warp to any adjacent space next to Hinoka herself. This basically means that while she can get improved mobility, she offers that same improved mobility for her flier allies. Should other C skills be needed instead, like a flier buff, or should Hinoka be used on a regular team, then this skill slot is flexible, open to be whatever else the player needs.

Sacred Seal: '"`UNIQ--item-544--QINU`"' is Hinoka's Seal. It's a simple attack boost that'll help Hinoka's arrows sting just a little harder. However, her Seal slot is flexible, open to be whatever other skill the player needs. Should Hinoka be used on a regular team, then regular '"`UNIQ--item-547--QINU`"' is a great option to improve the mobility of her grounded allies.

This build is used to help Hinoka's allies and so she can be put on any kind of team. The focus of this build is the drive skills and her weapon, Warrior Princess. With them, she can give her allies +3 in Atk, Spd, and Def.

Warrior Princess is really what makes this build possible. It has a built in Drive Atk 2 skill while also being effective against Flier and Armored units and a +3 Spd to Hinoka. No to mention it's a legendary Bow with a MT of 14.

Reposition is a relatively easy skill to get access too, while also being a good skill on Hinoka since she's a flying unit. This will help her allies who aren't fliers.

Luna is a good choice since it comes on her when you summon her. It also has a relatively fast charge. Moonbow works as well if you want a faster charge time.

Swift Sparrow 2 is her A skill choice to enhance her damage output on player phase with her already high Atk and high Spd.

Desperation 3 turns her weapon into a Brave Bow+ at 75% or lower which is nice against other Bow units like Brave Lyn since they're effective against her.

Drive Spd 2 is the other crucial part of this build. It gives allies within 2 spaces Spd +3 added onto Warrior Princess's Atk +3

Drive Def 2 is the final piece to this build. It adds Def +3 to the Atk +3 and Spd +3 making the total skill count Atk, Spd, Def +3.

This build focuses on heightening Hinoka's Atk so she can hit as hard as she can. Her choice of weapon will depend on what kind of targets the player wants to shoot down.

Weapon: '"`UNIQ--item-431--QINU`"' is Hinoka's weapon of choice. It allows her to strike twice, and when given the Atk buffs she needs, that can tear through a lot of units. Hinoka also has another option for her weapon: the '"`UNIQ--item-434--QINU`"'. While it can't allow Hinoka to strike twice consecutively, it still has a few things to offer. First, it's also effective against armours in addition to the usual flier effectiveness, allowing her to smash through tough, armoured opponents. Second, it grants +3 Atk during combat to any nearby ally, effectively being a built in '"`UNIQ--item-437--QINU`"'. And on top of that, it has high Mt and grants some extra Spd. The choice of weapon is up to the player and what kind of opponents need to be fought. Generally, '"`UNIQ--item-440--QINU`"' will be excellent for pure offense, although Hinoka may struggle against armours. While '"`UNIQ--item-443--QINU`"' will be good for utility and armour smashing, but the inability to perform consecutive strikes may cost her some victories. Choose whichever weapon is needed for whichever situation more.

Assist: '"`UNIQ--item-446--QINU`"' is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger. Flier units can put it to great use thanks to their freedom of movement. '"`UNIQ--item-449--QINU`"' could also be used as a more defensive maneuver, letting her and an ally retreat from danger instead by both moving one space backwards.

Special: '"`UNIQ--item-452--QINU`"' is Hinoka's Special of choice if she's wielding the '"`UNIQ--item-455--QINU`"'. It has a defense piercing effect, letting Hinoka break through tougher opponents. It also lines up well with the rhythm of her attacks. Strike twice and defeat one enemy, and Hinoka's next enemy will have to take one hit, followed by another with Luna charged. '"`UNIQ--item-458--QINU`"' is Hinoka's Special of choice if she's wielding the '"`UNIQ--item-461--QINU`"'. With its higher Mt and effectiveness against armors, she'll want the extra damage boost to help her secure her victory against her opponent.

A Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-464--QINU`"' is the only A skill Hinoka needs for this build, as it grants her a +6 Atk buff when initiating combat, and this build is purely player phase focused anyway. This lets her pack more of a punch regardless of whichever bow she is wielding.

B Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-467--QINU`"' is an excellent option for Hinoka's B skill, as it lets her warp over to an adjacent space next to any flier ally within two spaces. If used properly, this can help extend her range and also help her get the jump on an unsuspecting foe. Should Hinoka really need to puncture through an enemy, then '"`UNIQ--item-470--QINU`"' works well as her B skill as it inflicts a biting -7 Def debuff to the enemy with the highest Def. This can help soften up a tougher target for her to shoot down, and it also works no matter what, meaning one enemy unit is guaranteed to be hit with this debuff. Her choice of B skill will come down to whether she needs better mobility or better debuffing utility.

C Passive: '"`UNIQ--item-473--QINU`"' is Hinoka's C skill. She has a decent Res stat that can be used to Ploy foes that don't have much Res, letting her debuff them safely and fairly easily. Def Ploy will cause a -5 Def debuff to any foe in a straight line from Hinoka if it activates, which she or her allies can then take advantage of.

Sacred Seal: '"`UNIQ--item-476--QINU`"' is Hinoka's Seal. It's a simple attack boost that'll help Hinoka's arrows sting just a little harder.

This build is low investment, and allows Hinoka to double enemies without counter after she has taken a bit of damage. With the flier formation skill added as a seal, and desperation being unavailable, this is optimal if you want to utilise her in a full flier team.
