Description | Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). Effective against flying foes. If unit initiates combat or if unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat, and if unit also deals damage to foe using a Special, restores 50% of unit's maximum HP. (Triggers even if 0 damage is dealt.) |

- When battling a Flying unit, Attack is multiplied by 1.5.
- Sources of Flying effectiveness neutralization:
- "If unit initiates combat" means if the user starts combat during the player phase. The unit does not need to deal damage, nor be the first to attack.
- However, if the effect is applied after combat, the unit must also survive it to fulfill this condition.
- The stat increase that can be applied by Wind Parthia is considered a temporary buff.
- Wind Parthia's healing effect will not work if the user is prevented from recovering HP during combat from effects such as Fatal Smoke 4, Incurable+, or Deep Wounds, unless the user has a skill that reduces the effect of Deep Wounds such as Special Fighter 4.

- Refined Wind Parthia's healing effect will be reduced by 40% if the user is prevented from recovering HP during combat from effects such as Fatal Smoke 4, Incurable+, or Deep Wounds, unless the user has a skill that reduces the effect of Deep Wounds such as Special Fighter 4.
- The 【Deep Wounds】 reduction effect only applies to HP recovery during combat.
- The 【Deep Wounds】 reduction effect applies to the Deep Wounds status effect and the "Foe cannot recover HP during or after combat." effect of skills such as Fatal Smoke 4 and Incurable+.
- The 【Deep Wounds】 reduction effect also works for other recovery effects during combat, even for sources from allies such as Achimenes Furl.
- The 【Deep Wounds】 reduction effect only applies to HP recovery during combat.
- Effects that are neutralized by Wind Parthia:
- Effects active on the unit that prevent their follow-up attacks, such as Windsweep 3, Watersweep 3, or Weaving Fighter.
- Effects active on the foe that prevent the unit's follow-up attacks such as Steady Impact, Vengeful Fighter 4, or Foe Cannot Follow-Up.
- Wind Parthia will neutralize the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect on unit from effects such as Guard Sword+, Guard, or 【Divine Vein (Green)】.
- Since the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect will be neutralized on unit, Wind Parthia will also stack with the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit from effects such as Heavy Blade 4, Special Cooldown Charge +1, or the Grand Conquests Infantry area effect, unless the foe is equipped with skills that neutralize the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit.
- The damage-reduction effect of Wind Parthia will activate if the user receives a 【Bonus】.
- The damage-reduction effect will not be negated if the unit receives a 【Penalty】.
- If the unit does not receive a 【Bonus】, or has their 【Bonus】 removed by a source of positive status effect neutralization, the damage-reduction effect will be negated.

- The damage-reduction is calculated after offensive Specials and damage boosting effects such as Arcane Lúin and Dominance.
- If a skill such as Miracle or Everliving Domain can trigger, the damage-reduction effect will not trigger and the user will still survive with only 1 HP.
- Percentage-based damage-reduction effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
- For example, if both Buffer 4 and Godlike Reflexes activate, the maximum total damage-reduction is 70% instead of 90%, since the two skills reduce the damage to (1 − 50%) × (1 − 40%) = 30% of the original damage.
