Description Grants Spd+3. At the start of turn 1, grants special cooldown count-2 to unit and unit's support partner (if any). At start of turn, if unit is adjacent to only beast or dragon allies or if unit is not adjacent to any ally, unit transforms (otherwise, unit reverts). If unit transforms, grants Atk+2 and deals +10 damage when Special triggers.

Notes[ | ]

  • Wolfpup Fang's cooldown count changing effect will not trigger if the unit is inflicted with Status Effect False Start False Start, unless Status Effect False Start False Start is neutralized by a skill such as Dream Deliverer Dream Deliverer.
  • Cooldown count changes from skills that activate at the same time as Wolfpup Fang (at start of turn) are not considered in Wolfpup Fang's conditions.[1] Skills such as Infantry Pulse 4 Infantry Pulse 4, Buffer 4 Buffer 4, and Odd Pulse Tie 3 Odd Pulse Tie 3 will have their effects stack.
  • The cooldown count reduction granted to unit's support partner of Wolfpup Fang will only activate if the unit has their Ally Support partner deployed on the map.
  • When equipped with skills such as Beast Sense 4 Beast Sense 4 and Beast Agility 4 Beast Agility 4, a Icon Type Beast Beast unit will transform out of combat on turn 1 regardless of whether the transformation conditions of the user's weapon are met.
  • The Atk+2 granted by Wolfpup Fang when the user transforms is a stat boost, not a Status Effect Bonus bonus.
  • The damage boosting effect from activating a Special is a fixed +10 that ignores the foe's Def or Res when calculating the damage boost, and can be reduced by damage reduction effects such as Skilliconspecial Armored Beacon, Dragon Wall 3 Dragon Wall 3, and Status Effect Dodge Dodge.
  • "If unit transforms" refers to out of combat transformations of Icon Type Beast Beast units. Transformations during combat will not trigger the stat boost and Special damage boost effects.
    • However, if the effect(s) apply after combat, the unit must also survive combat to fulfill this condition.
