Notes
- Fensalir has the same effect as
Threaten Atk 2. - The stat decrease that can be applied by Fensalir is considered a Penalty.

Notes
- The neutralization that can be applied by refined Fensalir works only on Bonuses.
- Bonuses are neutralized by inflicting temporary debuffs of the same amount during combat.
- Bonuses reversed by Panic will not be neutralized.
- Fensalir has the same effect as Spd/Def Bond 3.
- The stat increase that can be applied by Fensalir is considered a temporary buff.
