With Celica's high Spd, she can utilize a Firesweep Sword+ pretty well, which also pairs perfectly with her Double Lion skill.

Weapon: Icon Class Red Sword Firesweep S+ is Celica's weapon of choice. It denies the opponent and the user from counterattacking, making it a purely player phase weapon. While this means Celica has no enemy phase presence at all, it makes her player phase presence much more formidable.

Assist: Skilliconassist Reposition is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger.

Special: Skilliconspecial Moonbow is Celica's Special. It pierces through her foe's Def, helping her break through sturdier opponents. With her B skill, Seal, and enough Spd, she can potentially activate this twice in her first round of combat, which is all but certain to destroy her foe.

A Passive: Death Blow 4 Death Blow 4 is Celica's A skill. It grants her an impressive +8 Atk when initiating combat, which is perfect, as she'll only want to initiate combat most of the time anyway.

B Passive: Double Lion Double Lion is Celica's B skill. When she's at full health, she will strike twice consecutively, just as if she was wielding a Brave Sword+. After combat, she'll suffer 1 HP of damage, knocking her out of this effect. If Celica wants to use Double Lion throughout the map, she needs some form of healing, either through her Special or through the support of an ally. This effect is incredibly powerful, as Celica also has very good Spd, allowing her to potentially perform quadruple strikes against her opponents if they are slow enough.

C Passive: Atk Tactic 3 Atk Tactic 3 is an option for Celica's C skill. It grants +6 Atk to all nearby allies as long as the team composition requirements are met, namely that there cannot be more than two of a movement type on the team. However, this skill slot is flexible, depending on player preference.

Sacred Seal: Flashing Blade 3 Flashing Blade 3 is Celica's Seal. If she outspeeds her foe, she can get an extra Special charge with her attacks. This means that Celica should be able to strike once and charge her Special immediately, activating it on the second strike. With Double Lion, she can potentially perform a quadruple strike, and the process repeats: she'll strike again, and then her final strike will have Moonbow charged.

Celica received another variant, once again wielding a sword, and with a bunch of new tools at her disposal. This set is meant for players who wish to use Celica right out of the gate.

Weapon: Icon Class Red Sword Royal Sword is Celica's weapon of choice. It grants her +3 Spd, and as long as she's near an ally, her attacks grant her an extra Special charge, allowing her to fire it off much sooner.

Assist: Skilliconassist Reposition is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger.

Special: Skilliconspecial Galeforce is an option for Celica's Special. She can potentially activate this really quickly thanks to her weapon and B skill, giving her an extra turn, which she can then use to either retreat or slay another foe. As for other options, fast charging Specials like Skilliconspecial Glimmer or Skilliconspecial Moonbow work just as well, with the former helping her do more damage and the latter helping her break through tougher foes.

Sacred Seal: Quickened Pulse Quickened Pulse is an option for Celica's Seal if she's using Galeforce as her Special, as this all but guarantees that she activates it in the first round of combat. However, this skill slot is pretty flexible, open to be any other Seal that the player needs.

Weapon: Because Double Lion Double Lion occupies her B skill slot, Celica can't default to running Desperation 3 Desperation 3 to circumvent powerful counterattacks (as most player phase units do)---meaning Icon Class Red Sword Firesweep S+ is the perfect choice of sword. With it, her player phase potential is absurd, allowing her to delete a staggering percentage of the roster unhindered.

Assist: Skilliconassist Reposition is the go-to assist for most infantry and is likely Brave Celica's best option.

Special: With either blade seal in effect, Skilliconspecial Moonbow, as a two charge special, will proc with or without Double Lion Double Lion in effect. With Double Lion Double Lion's effect, she can proc her special twice if her target survives three hits, increasing the odds of her being able to take out bulky blue units in one round.

A Passive: Death Blow 4 Death Blow 4 is the most uncreative bit of powercreep ever and also a fantastic A skill to have in any player phase unit's base kit!

B Passive: Double Lion Double Lion is what makes Celica a good unit, allowing her to quad without jumping through the hoops of running a brave weapon and compensating for their innate speed penalty.

C Passive: C slots will almost always be flexible. However, Atk Tactic 3 Atk Tactic 3 is a fantastic C skill to have in one's base kit, so if Celica is being used in a team with varying movement types, it will likely be worth keeping.

Sacred Seal: Heavy Blade 3 Heavy Blade 3 or Flashing Blade 3 Flashing Blade 3 are the ideal seal choices to augment her damage potential, increasing the rate at which she lowers her special's cooldown if her attack or speed are higher than her target's.

The goal of this set is to maximize the damage she inflicts on initiation at full health. Celica may end up at really low (or zero) HP after attacking a sturdy blue tank, but that tank will also likely be dented or even obliterated in the process if she has some attack buffs and lands all four possible hits.

Weapon: The power of Celica's special skills can be increased without raising special cooldown through the damage bonus of Icon Class Red Sword Wo Dao+ or cooldown reduction of Icon Class Red Sword Slaying Edge+. That both options are refinable allows Celica to use a speed refine to match the speed boost of Icon Class Red Sword Royal Sword while also gaining a useful HP boost that can help her take some strong blue hits and still survive to complete her nuking role. There is a slight drop in attack in either option, but the potential special damage boosts more than offset this.

Assist: Skilliconassist Reposition is the preferred movement assist for many infantry units, and Celica is no exception. That being said, a mixed Rally skill could synergize with certain Tactic passives, and other assists may be chosen to suit team needs; thus, the choice of assist is flexible.

Special: Skilliconspecial Moonbow is paired with Icon Class Red Sword Wo Dao+ to really add to the punch of firing off two quick specials in a single initiation under the effects of Double Lion Double Lion. Similarily, Skilliconspecial Draconic Aura can be paired with Icon Class Red Sword Slaying Edge+ to achieve comparable amounts of additional damage thanks to Celica's high attack stat when initiating combat. Either way, the extra power granted by either skill pair helps Celica slice her way past bulky blues a bit more easily.

A Passive: Death Blow 4 Death Blow 4 yields maximal damage in the case that that Celica is already fast enough to quad her foe under Double Lion Double Lion, while Swift Sparrow 2 Swift Sparrow 2 allows her to quad some faster units without cutting into her ability to tank an enemy hit and complete her quadruple strike.

B Passive: The signature Double Lion Double Lion skill gives Celica a distinct niche among other fast swordsfolk by allowing her to situationally attack twice in combat without any stat penalty and with any choice of weapon. As such, this skill is the go-to B passive for this set.

C Passive: Celica's default Atk Tactic 3 Atk Tactic 3 is a great supportive skill for mixed emblem teams, but other C passives can also be used flexibly depending on the needs of the rest of the team. Odd Atk Wave 3 Odd Atk Wave 3 and Even Spd Wave 3 Even Spd Wave 3 are notably self-buffing skills that can be utilized strategically to make her even more effective at a nuking role.

Sacred Seal: Heavy Blade 3 Heavy Blade 3 and Flashing Blade 3 Flashing Blade 3 are well suited for this special-reliant set, as Celica can activate two strong special skills in a single round of combat via Double Lion Double Lion more consistently whenever she is able to attain a higher attack or speed stat than those of her foe, respectively. Arguably, Flashing Blade 3 Flashing Blade 3 may be slightly more useful to this set since it is reliant on making quad initiations very destructive.
