Fallen Takumi, with his Skadi, has great speed for an Archer. This is something that this build capitalizes on, as well as his innate Spd Smoke. This build serves the purpose of a major debuffer. It may seem strange to include three debuffing skills on a single unit, but there are multiple reasons for doing so:

These allow an already fast Fallen Takumi to nearly always double his opponents on enemy phase. Fallen Takumi will be able to deal major damage on enemy phase without fear of taking much damage; the same goes for his allies. Finally, the Skadi's secondary effect contributes to the debilitating effects that Takumi gives.

This build is most effective when, on player phase, Takumi attacks opponents who already cannot deal much damage or attacks opponents who cannot counterattack at all. On enemy phase, they'll be greatly weakened and vulnerable to Takumi's special. If you have Seal Atk Spd instead of Seal Atk, Luna works great since Takumi will practically be guaranteed to double and trigger Luna (at least from defending one enemy). If you do not, Moonbow works fine, too.

Fallen Takumi is basically a faster Takumi with more balanced defensive stats. Considering that, this combined with Skadi makes him tie with the fastest neutral speed archer, he's an excellent candidate for a sweep skill, which this build is based around.

First off, Moonbow (or Glimmer as an alternative). Moonbow is vital to this build because it allows Takumi to finish off his opponent after he lands that first unparried hit.

The A skill is Swift Sparrow. This makes up for his slightly lower attack and capitalizes on his speed, which helps activate his sweep skill. Personally, I have other units who buff his speed enough to make Close Counter viable. With Close Counter, he would be able to pursue melee units with just as great of an effect.

The B skill is a sweep skill. One reason for why I chose a sweep skill is it goes well with his natural speed smoke skill and the attack smoke seal.

The C skill and seal are smoke skills. Combined with the sweep skil, he can debuff enemies safely and, on enemy phase, easily double those around him. Now, in regard to the seal, if you do end up going for Close Counter, Speed +3 works to replace Swift Sparrow 2.

Fallen Takumi is largely superior to his normal counterpart in terms of stat spreading, which is surprising for a F2P unit. Skadi is recommended as his weapon, as it is a legendary by default, and adds to his SP cost, increasing arena viability. Reposition is a great movement assist and will do just fine, but you can always give him a dual-rally to increase his SP cost further, and increase arena score. Moonbow is ideal for his special slot, but can easily be replaced with Aether or some other skill that will increase SP cost. Of course, an AOE special such as Growing Wind would couple well with the turn 3 effect Skadi has. The extra speed +3 granted by Skadi and his impressive mixed-bulk makes him a perfect user of Close Counter, as he will almost never be doubled, and can typically survive at least one turn with most units. Vantage 3 is his ideal B slot skill if you decide to run close counter, but Desperation 3 will work fine, especially if you decide to run Fury 3 in his A slot. Spd Smoke 3 is likely his best option for a C slot skill, as his speed is certainly above average, but not enough to double the faster units such as Brave Lyn and Ayra. Atk Smoke 3 works well as a seal, especially if you do decide to run Spd Smoke 3, as it greatly reduces the chance of a 1RKO. If you don't want to run Atk Smoke 3, Speed +3 works great instead as it boosts his already speed, almost always guaranteeing a double hit. All that said, Fallen Takumi is definitely one of the better F2P units, and will excel in almost any game mode with the proper investment.

This build aims at taking vanilla-kumi and making him fit in here. Skadi is probably one of the best weapons around and there's no reason to not to play it, since it debuffs and deals good passive damage; this means Armor and Dragon Emblem will have a though time dealing with this guy. You can choose either Reposition or Pivot basing on your team composition, but I'd say Pivot could make more space overall. This sentence can be applied to the Special's choice, but here there's definetely no substancial difference whichever will be yours. Close Counter and Vantage 3 are a must, since this build is very aggressive and these Passives cover two of Takumi's biggest weaknesses. Savage Blow 3 or Distant Def 3 is another choice you should take basing on your composition, but if you already have buffers and/or charas with high res, Savage Blow 3 should destroy backlines. Yes, having Savage Blow 3 as both Passive and Seal is a little naughty.

The objective of this build is to take advantage of his speed in Assault-like modes, like Tempest Trials and GHB. With 34 speed, he can safely not be doubled. This goes perfect with Firesweep+ and Darting Blow, reaching 40 speed unbuffed. With this, he can safely double most units in the game, and plus he can't get counterattacked. With a Dancer like PA!Azura, he can proceed to use a 3 cooldown special like Draconic Aura and finish his enemies. Chill Spd 3, Atk Smoke 3 and Spd Smoke 3 are used in cases he can't get danced. So, he can take a hit from his enemies and not get doubled. Finally, he can use Harsh Command as his assist skill as he can be useful when a enemy proceeds to Panic Ploy any of your units in Tempest Trials.
