Notes
- Has the same effect as Dazzling Staff 3.
- Hliðskjálf can prevent the foe from counterattacking.
- A foe with skills such as Null C-Disrupt 4 or Brilliant Starlight will be able to counterattack.
- A foe with Mystic Boost 4 will only be able to counterattack against Staff units.
- A foe with Ice-Bound Brand, Nifl's Bite, or Holy Yule Blade will only be able to counterattack against ranged units.
If unit attacked

- In Norse mythology, Hliðskjálf is the high seat of the god Odin allowing him to see into all realms. In other words, it is Odin's throne.
- In the context of Fire Emblem Heroes this corresponds with Valaskjálf, the tome used by ???: Masked Knight, which is named after Odin's throne room.
- Veronica may be referencing her weapon's namesake in one of her castle quotes, where she comments on the distance she can see from atop her horse.
