Notes
- Minty Cane's healing effect will not work if the user is prevented from recovering HP during combat from effects such as
Fatal Smoke 4, Incurable+, or Deep Wounds, unless the user has a skill that reduces the effect of Deep Wounds such as Special Fighter 4. If unit attacked
means if the user attacked at any time during combat. They do not need to initiate combat, deal damage, or survive.- This means that if the foe initiates combat and the user cannot counterattack, the effect will not trigger.
- The stat decrease that can be applied by Minty Cane is considered a Penalty.
