We have become aware of the following issue in the game's Arena mode.
The Issue:
From May 23, 2017 to August 15, 2017, some player's Defensive Teams did not get matched with opponents in the Arena.
The Cause:
After version 1.3.0 of the game released, some players' play data was not processed properly, which prevented their Defensive Team data from being updated on the server.
This issue has been resolved. Affected players will receive the following gift starting September 7, 2017 at 7:00 AM UTC: 900 Hero Feathers
