Intended Functionality: Infantry allies within 2 spaces are affected.
Current (Incorrect) Functionality: All infantry units within 2 spaces are affected.
The skill is only supposed to affect ally units, however it currently is affecting enemy units as well.
See the following examples, for common scenarios:
・When a foe attacks Noire (a Hero that has the "Infantry Rush" skill), if the attacking infantry unit has high Atk, the unit will gain a faster cooldown.
・When fighting within 2 spaces of Noire (a Hero that has the "Infantry Rush" skill), enemy infantry units with high Atk will gain a faster cooldown.
We are planning to fix this bug in an update during the next few days.
