Relay Defense

Relay Defense is a sort of Special Maps where the player must protect the fortress. The goal of Relay Defense is to protect the player's camps and fortress during 8 turns with 5 units regulary changed. The player's performance is evaluated after the stage has been cleared.

Rules[edit | edit source]

The following rules apply for Relay Defense:

  • The battle will end after 8 turns have passed or the player's fortress is destroyed, but it won't end if one side's forces are depleted.
  • The player use a brigade instead of a regular team. The first five units are the five on the first row and are change every two turns with the units of others rows.
  • Reinforcements do not gain boosts from Legendary Effects.
  • No EXP or SP will be earned.

Relay Defense's map are 8 x 6 maps and have camps and fortress.

The fortress have 3 HP and the player will lose the battle if it is destryed by the enemy. The camps have 2 HPand can't be take back when they are destroyed
The fortress and the camps are defensive terrain which heal 10 HP at the beginning of each turn if a heroe is on them.
The fortress, the camps and the sapces around them are warp points. Heroes can instantly go on those spaces if they are already on a warp point.

Level[edit | edit source]

In Relay Defense mode, height several selectable difficulties. A level is unlocked only after finishing the previous one.

Score[edit | edit source]

In order to finish the level, the player need to achieve certain high scores.

Defeated + Surviving

The player accumulates points for each enemy defeated and each Hero alive after two turns, capping at 30.

Camp Defense

Points are added based on the number of camps held by the player at the end of the stage.

Fortress Defense

Points are added depending on how well the player defends their fortress. The more HP at the end of the stage, the better.
