Enemy AI settings
Movement: All enemy units will wait until one of them is attacked or if a player unit is present in their danger zone during enemy phase. Once any enemy unit is attacked or a player unit is present in their danger zone during enemy phase, all enemies will begin taking actions from that turn onwards.
Olivia is great here due to her Dance assist, which can be used to attack with a strong unit twice or to move someone to a safer spot. Her Hone Attack is a great buff as well. Azura or Ninian can be used as alternatives.
From the Battling Xander summoning focus:
Linde accomplishes a similar role to Lucina (SF), as in she'll kill Xander but she will be left with very little HP.
Thanks to her kit, Cordelia can deal with Xander and the two Fighters. Her RES is low however, so she is in grave danger from the other two enemy units.
Arthur can be used to eliminate the Lance Fighter, but he won't survive an encounter with any of the two red enemies.
Other Tips
Try to not leave enemy units with low HP, since the Cleric's Wings of Mercy skill will allow her to warp to them and restore their health.
Also be wary of her Gravity, which will severely limit your movement.
